Amazing food, compenchanos were incredible with a great spice. Good portions for the price. The only disappointing thing was when ordering asada I simply got ground beef and it wasn't as flavorful as my other tacos. Otherwise I'd order it all again!

I always love Lowe's! Everything is easy to find and the employees are helpful (if you need them).

Very clean and helpful staff. Prices are better than Home Depot for some items, though not as good as Wal-Mart. Very well stocked as a Charlotte area store should be.

I work in and out of Lowe's all the time and they are consistent. Customer service is always good here. If they don't have what you need, drive 20 minutes and the next Lowe's will. This location is great for all your home improvement needs. They are a big chain and you get what you pay for.

I would never purchase from Lowes again.I ordered all of my kitchen appliances in October 2022 (more than 4K). After 5 attempts at installing each of them piecemeal between Oct. 2022 and the end of March 2023 when I received the last appliance. Three times there were damaged microwaves delivered; shavings to clean up after drilling holes in my cabinet and nonchalant attitude of Lowe's executive customer relations staff. Even with the last one the Reliable services guy didn't show up until 11:35am when they scheduled to be arrived at 8-9:30am (his reply was he had an emergency). I received weekly meaningless apologies and no remediation when I contacted the CEO's office the first of March 2023. Very patronizing type interactions. No offer for remediation.I DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND them and the appliances look cheap even though they are LG.

This review is specifically for the men in Tool Rental section. They were amazing and so helpful after running around to other Lowe's locations and even (extremely unhelpful) Home Depot. They even FaceTimed a pro to make sure we got the right cleaning solution to go with our scrubber, showed us helpful YouTube videos, and loaded it into our tiny hatchback for us. Would recommend!

In the last city I lived in Lowe's was my go-to home improvement store. Now that I have moved and this is the closest store, I have not been impressed. Their shelves are generally stocked well, but they carry limited brands. They generally have the absolute cheapest version and the most expensive version of an item; I just want the average one. My biggest gripe comes from their appliance program. I have ordered a dishwasher, range & microwave from this store. My dishwasher was late, it took them 2 hours to find the microwave I bought that said in stock when I paid for it and my range, custom ordered due to color, took 90 days to get and showed up damaged. The whole back right side corner was smashed in. Now I have to wait another 90 days for another one, had to install the damaged one myself since I had already gotten rid of my old unit, will have to remove the damaged on and then, again, install the new one when it comes. Lowe's is offering me zero compensation for the issue, would not even have their team at least remove and install when they get my replacement or give me a preferred delivery when the new one comes in so I do not have to sit at home for 8 hours waiting from them to show up. Sad. Next appliance purchase I make will be elsewhere.

Visible from busy I-77, this Lowe's is like my local Lowe's store, except while my local one has Bradley Aerix hand dryers, this one has Bradley Model BXA hand dryers, which are quieter than my Aerix dryers... Anyways, this is a nice store with a big supply.

Now and then you have a really exceptional customer service experience at a big box store.I had one here and though I generally don't review big franchise stores, I wanted to give a short out to Sara in the Garden Center.I started feeding the birds.Yes, you read it right. I decided I would buy a bird feeder and some seed and do my small part to support the local wild life. Not that they really need me to, but hey, it can't hurt, right? You would be amazed at how many types and prices ranges there are for bird feeders. Not only that, but so many different types and price points for bird seeds. After a fair amount of research, thank you google, I landed on some choices and made a purchase. What I didn't count on was how popular my little bird feeding project would become.Within 2-3 days, I'm attracting a large crowd of large birds; mostly cardinals. The problem was that the small bird feeder I purchased could not accommodate all the fat birds. The pole that I purchased to hang the feeder on, just would not hold them all.So, after additional research, I decided to go to Lowes to look for what is called a 'Shepard Hook'. I cruised around the garden area, looking at all the various styles and price points and then my head started spinning wondering if any of them would work and if they were really worth the $30+ dollars they were priced at.I made a selection and as I started to carry it out, I heard a voice say ' did you see the one that's on sale'? Of course when I heard that, my ears perked up because I don't mind saving a buck if I can.Sara asked me what my purchase was for. Wow, I thought, she has some skills. After a short conversation about my bird feeding adventures she said take a look at this one. It was marked down by 40% and there were only two left a just under $9 bucks each. I figure she saved me $40 bucks and that's not bird scratch! That my Yelp mates is customer service @ it's finest!Thank you Sara, you will def be seeing me again because you've won me as a customer. Plus Lowe's offers a nice Vet's discount of 10%.
