Walked in at 945 and even held the door for a customer leaving and some extremely rude large man with glasses started telling us that they can't serve us that it's drive thru only and that they have no capabilities of being able to lock the doors or we wouldn't have been able to come in. They are open until 2am in drive thru and lobby until 10pm. This is NOT the first time this happened over the MANY years I've stayed at the local hotels. Not to mention everyone was out in the kitchen with the door open smelling like marijuana.

It's 8 am and they didn't even have the breakfast menus available or turned at the drive thru. They were out of English muffins and cold brew. And no one allows you inside....it's like you have to go through drive thru.

The dude working the drive thru at 6:19 on Tuesday 4/16 needs to be retrained at least three more times. He charges me the wrong meal, hands me a kids cup and lies that it's a regular, and forgets my condiments. At least the line remembered to take off the pickles. Go somewhere else, not to this Wendy's

I tried twice to order something and nobody help me, I try into the restaurant and also in the drive thru and the people there told me that their system service is down. That is unacceptable.
That chicken patty was so old, it was drawing Social Security. 10PM Wendy's just hits different. The Gentleman working drive thru was nice and apologetic about the Frosty machine you apparently borrowed from that other clown franchise. Wonder if my CC company will let me file a fraud claim...

Took 25 minuets in a short like just to order, then waited 15 min for food that was wrong, got 7 total fries and the nuggets were chewey. My frosty was melted when i got it and the place was dirty.
