I ordered the meat and three meal.My country fried steak was burned to a crisp, but strategically hidden under the gravy and mashed potatoes. The green beans and macaroni were delicious.

Service was great, waiters seemed happy and were very nice, the pizza itself was amazing, dough had a slight crunch but still chewy throughout, just as a pizza should be, tasted extremely fresh cheese was melted a tasted good, and the sauce was perfect, sweet tea was amazing, overall, I do recommend.

I'm giving Franks 2 stars based on previous visits for pizza. My wife and I went on a Sunday for their meat and 3, my wife got the fried chicken, what a joke. For both of us it cost $40. I felt violated after leaving. For pizza okay, for the meat and 3, don't.
I've ordered both delivery and pick-up from here several times when visiting family in the Pelzer/Fountain Inn area, and it's been great every time. My family is VERY picky about pizza and since moving to the upstate area from New England in 2006, it's been really difficult to find a GOOD pizza place that has the same quality on every return trip, but happy to say that Frank's/Hot Pie is one of those few and far between upstate pizza places! The crust isn't too thin OR too thick, and is also tasty in and of itself (vs. the bland crusts most pizza places in the south seem to favor). They always use the perfect amount of sauce and toppings (not over- or under-doing it) and whether delivery or pickup, it's always hot and fresh. Not to mention being really affordable - just this week we ordered two large pizzas (one Hawaiian, one CYO with three toppings), a 12 piece order of wings, a large garden salad (which is enough for 2-3 people to share), and two orders of kid's chicken tenders with fries for just under $65. Will definitely keep returning as long as the quality keeps remaining the same :)

We did take out from this location, we have never had Frank's pizza before. The antipasto salad was delicious the Greek dressing was good. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and it was fresh and hot. I enjoyed the fact that their crust isn't really thick and that the toppings aren't overdone. There service was good and they answered the phone on the second ring. The inside of the restaurant was nice and clean. Would definitely order from them again!
