I have let it go the first two times that this has happened but this is literally the third time in just a few days. I always order the same thing, a Venti iced shaken espresso. Tell me how come the past three times I’ve ordered this it has been literally half full. Not cool Starbucks if I had the time to turn around and go back and tell you I definitely would. I understand that the drink a shake in and then there will be a little phone, but half of the cup is ridiculous.
My daughter and I frequent this location and wanted the company to know how sweet, kind and pleasant the little girl work in the window and taking orders is. She always brightens our day, of course along with our delicious drinks and pumpkin bread. We just wanted you to know you have a wonderful employee!

This has happened to me several times, I order my drink 10-15 minutes before I go pick it up via walk in. Everytime there are not many people in there but it still takes about 20 minutes to get my drink. It’s honestly unbelievable. I try to stay calm but when I’m about to be late for my classes it makes me freak out. The amount of times I’ve sprinted into school, ultimately causing me to have an asthma attack is insane. The drinks are always good but the service is terrible.
