I get the drive thru was busy but I came inside to sit down and enjoy my food and take my time. Rare I know. But I was rushed though my order by the “they/them” at the counter… I received my food in a to go bag after asking for it dine in… the food in the bag was then incorrect and I decided not to even bother asking for it to be corrected because I didn’t need to be disappointed twice. SLOW DOWN & do your minimum wage jobs correctly or leave.
Drive thru is one of the fastest in town! Food is fresh and hot!Parking: A lot of construction no the area, but not zaxbys fault! The do t seem to be hindered by it!Kid-friendliness: My kids love the kiddie finger meals! They love the real chicken , not the nugget shaped fried blobs from the competitors.Wheelchair accessibility: I’ve personally witnessed 2 guys in wheelchairs zoom side by side through the parking lot, but that had to do em single file through the doors. They always close their doors whenever it starts getting busy. Waiting 30+ min for an order I placed on the app is crazy. Can’t NOT pick up food I already paid for. I might as well have just ordered at the place. Otherwise the customer service is pretty great.
