On the water bar and dining room next to a marina. Menu was just recently changed, to a pricey, weird vibe that does not match the overall restaurant. They removed some favorites and doubled prices. The bar is small and loud, but the service and drinks are great

Food, service, and sundown were great! However, I had a party of 7 and read on the menu that a 20% tip would be included, fine. When the waitress brought the check/machine for me to sign it had a display for me to enter a tip which I did add another 20%. The waitress was certainly aware of this and should have pointed it out while I was doing it. I feel like I have been hustled! A great dining experience was spoiled by unnecessary greed.

Gotta give it to them-these shrimp are some of the Best fried shrimp I've ever had! They use locally supplied fresh shrimp and it shows! My fried shrimp appetizer had 8 big juicy crisp shrimp-lightly battered served piping hot! NOT overcooked (big problem elsewhere) not rubbery/ just hot crisp light and Perf ect. Bravo! Captain Morgan n coke snd and a $1,000,000 view. I'll be back!!

Beware - an amenity card or island pass is needed to eat in this restaurant essentially making it a private restaurant. I didn't give this restaurant much of a rating because we weren't allowed to eat there because of this ridiculous amenity card rule. Our visit was just last night (Saturday 11/4) and there were only 8 other people in the whole place. Very pretentious and arrogant.

My wife ordered her steak medium rare, and it came out well done. Had to wait for that, to be fixed by that time everyone was done with their meals. I asked for a military discount, and they don't do that. I dropped my wallet on the floor and was going to pick up my drink for one last sip before leaving, and they started cleaning the table before I even left. I didn't get my last sip. Told the manager and just got "uh-huh" nothing else. I hardly EVER drop over $100 on a mask with no alcohol ordered.If you're on Fripp Island... go somewhere else for a nice dinner!!!Also, the ladies' restroom was full of gnats!Kid-friendliness: Cute treasure chest.

Great spot. Beautiful views. The food was on point. Fried shrimp, grilled shrimp on salad, shrimp and grits, all of it was great. Our server was super nice, made sure the little ones were taken care of. We’ll make a point to come back next year.

Had dinner on our first night at Fripp Island... David's second day as a server here and I appreciate the attentiveness. Food was delicious. Crabbed stuffed flounder was yummy. BF had the bourbon bbq salmon and he says it was good to try but would not order again. Our son had Mac n chz and some fries. We also shared fried oysters and wedge salad-- both good.

Don't get your hopes up. It was mediocre. Server told me fish tacos were Mahi Mahi. It was a full flounder filet on a taco. Shrimp was very good. Drinks were premixed frozen. Meh.
