Went through the drive through and sit there for quite awhile no one helped me at all. No one even came to let me know they would help me in a few minutes. There was nothing. If service is like this all the time good luck keeping the doors open.

The food at the Cook Out receives 4* from me. I always go for the chicken quesadilla plate, which are normally a hit or miss situation. Some days the chicken quesadillas are absolutely perfect with the quesadilla sauce, and the cheese ratio just right. When the quesadillas are perfect I will go back everyday but no later then the very next I will get dry quesadillas with no sauce at all. I really wish they were more consistent with the quesadilla sauce. Foods my family orders frequently are: cheese bites, hush puppies, corn dogs, chicken wraps...THE WATERMELON MILKSHAKE (which is only available during the summer) is the best milkshake on the menu!!!As for the service, I rate 2*. Look, no matter how many times you say "it was a pleasure serving you" if you have a bad attitude about it those words mean NOTHING! Actions speak louder than words!! Ok.... Just sayingOverall the CookOut gets a 4* rating from me!

They were very rude. Order was wrong. Then acted like it was our fault. Even though ticket showed what we had order was not what they gave us. Girl atnwindow handed us a float with it pouring all down the side then mad when I asked for napkins.
There shakes are out of this world awesome. But one of the managers, if he could stay out of a vehicle long enough to mind his store, it would prolly ruin a little smoother.
