Customer service here is absolutely terrible. All of the employees seemed as if they were over worked and didn't want to be there. Probably won't return here.

My only feedback is staff should consider changing their gloves after handling jalapeños. The next sandwich may catch some of that heat... I had 7 items made perfectly with 1 of the first sandwiches having jalapeños.Parking: Located in a small strip mall. So there plenty of spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: The door seems wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs.

Went yesterday the white bread was hard and the inside of the roll was so soggy from too much vinegar it was rough.. all those textures made it hard to eat.

My wife and I like to split a large sub. I was ordering one and asked the individual making the sandwich to do one half of sandwich with American cheese and one half with provolone. He told me that was against their company policy and couldn't. This would cost them $0 extra to make a customer happy. Corporate greed at its finest. Firehouse subs is right across the street from this location. I'll make sure to visit them as often as possible.

Ordered a regular turkey and provolone sub. It was $10, but loaded with meat, and they were kind enough to toast it for me. Pickles were very yummy. Employees were very friendly.

I went last minute, which happened to be right before closing and the staff was still SO AMAZING. I have been trying out all the sub shops in Gaffney and this is BY FAR the best of them all! Cleanest interior, kindest staff, best quality food. I can't recommend this place enough. Finally found a sub place worth going back to !Vegetarian options: Lots of cooked veggies options and fresh options aswellDietary restrictions: They have gluten free bread

Best Northern sub in the South !!!

It had been a long time since I've had a sub from Jersey Mike's and I was really craving a roast beef and provolone! The first thing that went wrong was my bread was cut and sliced on an existing pile of bread crumbs! I naturally assumed that the bread for my sandwich would be placed on a wrapper of some sort; but not so! They could have at least wiped down their stainless steel table top! That's a nasty practice and I won't return for more of that! I did feel a bit guilty for not wearing my hearing aids today. The guy that waited on me was respectful and polite! But he didn't actually talk normally, he whispered like he was passing a secret on the front row of a Baptist church! I had to ask him repeatedly about what he was saying! Again. Partially my fault! The bad hygiene I encountered was not my fault! Will I recommend this Jersey Mike's? Under no circumstances would I ever do so! Will I return here? Not going to happen! I did leave a 20% tip and just added that in so folks won't think I'm being a stingy old grumbler!

Whoa! I have ate at tons of Jersey mikes and by far this location blew them all away! We got a sub and a sub in a tub and my goodness that’s the best sub order ever! I will make this my stop when I’m in town from here on out. My husband said everyone was friendly too!
