I went to a rock hill chasers and got the crazy puffs and was awesome. So I went to the gaffney store and ordered crazy puffs. Part of the order was wrong and the pepperoni one was not very saucy. Lil disappointed

Can't beat the prices! Love that they have a drive thru. Hot and ready pepperoni pizzas are not always ready. There is usually wait time. I call mine in ahead if I can.Parking: Limited parking spaces.

Waiting on an order I do doordash on the side food was not ready also employees were on their phone I guess the manager on duty asked if I took a picture of them which I did not if they were so scared that I did they would have nothing to worry about they should not be on their phone when making the food and also should be wearing gloves

2nd time in a row we've gotten undercooked food. Both the bread and pizzas we bought were still very doughy and almost inedible. Luckily my kids rarely complain about pizza (even after commenting on the doughy food) and still ate it... please check your food before you leave. It also takes pretty long to get service with most people working lingering in the back area. I've been to this location 4 times since moving down here, and only the 1st time was good!
Even though it was busy, they had the order out at a good time and the staff was very professional.

Pizza was super thin in the middle and slid all over the place in transit home. Still tasted good. Drive thru is behind some businesses, but it is well lit.

No one wants to come help the customers. Several employees walking around on their phone while pizzas are backing up and customers are waiting. Employees playing around and goofing off. It's ridiculous! Who's in charge?Parking: Lot is always too packed

The lady took our order and then proceeded to tell us that there would be no pizzas for 20 minutes. After we sit in line. Why take someone’s order knowing you don’t have food.

Counted at least 12 associates. Majority of them standing around not doing anything other than arguing with each other. Placed our order to be done at 7. When we placed the order it was 5:30 and I didn’t receive my order until around 7:30. Also while waiting a female associate decided to yell “next time yall better go to Papa John’s, Dominoes, or Pizza Hut just don’t come here.” The food is good here but the service isn’t even worth the food.
