We had a birthday celebration and our family met 1/2 which ended us at Outback in Gaffney. We had a call ahead seating with 9 people. When we arrived we were sat a dirty table that still had an outback appetizer trey on it and the floor was a mess. The males bathroom was out of soap and very dirty (my father inform us after we left). The food was way over cooked steak (sirloin) and potatoes were cold. Our server was fantastic! She was very kind and attentive!

The staff was not friendly and my food was disgusting! My steak was still raw and I like mine well done. I did reach out to management and they told me they would send me a voucher to make things right but it never happened, so I will never spend another coin with them!

First time here and last..... food was awful my Armor Palmer was sour. I was given a gift card as a gift and when the waitress came back to the table he asked me was the card activated if it wasn't activated how would he have slid the card without the pen being present on the back and then he said oh wait a minute I have to go and talk to my manager as if we didn't have the money to pay for our food and when he came back to the table he kept saying it's $8 left its $8 left I didn't leave a tip due to being treated that way very insulting.

Waited at the hostess stand for about 8 minutes before I asked the bartender if we just seat our selves. Food all over the floor and employees just standing around talking. Mind you the bus boy seen us twice and I made eye contact we a group stand back towards the kitchen. Once the hostess find sat us our server was arrived. The whole hr and half we were there our server was prompt and nice. We ordered appetizers and sides to share like Buffett style at our table knowing we will be taking leftovers home like we normally do. The sweet tea had so much sugar the glass left a syrup ring on the table from where the tea spilled. I love sweet tea but it was just pure sugar. Our bread wasn’t even warm. The fried mushroom were soggy. The steakhouse Mac and cheese tasted like I just had a spoon of black peppercorn. The loaded baked potato was was covered covered in salt and cold, the cheese was only slightly melted probably from sitting under the heat lamp. My sweet sriracha chicken was not drizzled with sweet sriracha sauce, some were room temp and others just cold. The loaded potato soup tasted more like a celery soup. The seared peppered Ahi was fine but the salad thing on the side was just blah. Our server came with boxes and we told her we wouldn’t need any because we aren’t taking anything home even though we only took a bite from each dish except the Ahi tuna. Our server has the manager take everything off. The manager comes over and apologizes saying she knows what happened and it’s not our fault so she removed the chicken bites and the mushrooms plus $10 dollars off. I then proceeded to tell her what was wrong with every dish and that we didn’t take more then a bite of each thing minus the 6 thin inch slices of tuna. The manager sad that the Mac and cheese sausage is prepackaged and they don’t add anything and next time they do offer a different Mac and cheese. So I’m really pissed at this point and I told the manager they need a different supplier for where they get there Mac and cheese sauce because every other Outback doesn’t have Mac and that awful. Yes we showed up at 9:30 when they close at 11 and yes we weren’t seated till 9:48 so our order was put in till almost 10 and I’m sure the kitchen was just ready to go home. But damnnnn the service was awful minus the one waitress. The food was cold and disgusting. The manager just had an excuse and attitude.. This place needs to get their act together and give our waitress a raise for being the only decent thing about our whole experience their. After going back and forth with the manager she said it fine just go. So we got up and left still hungry

Well for starters they set us in the bar section. She said that was the only available at that time. I must have made the lady mad, as soon as I sit down the rest of my group went to restroom then the server came right over and asked me for our order. I was the only one sitting so I ordered drinks and said we need a minute. Before I finish my sentence she took off.it was 15min before we saw her again. Then everything we ordered took longer than anyone else. She just punished us because see was mad at me for not having all of our orders ready. Will not stop here again. We had terrible service.

We waited an hour for our food and it wasn't busy. My steak came out cold. The only thing offered was more food at an hour wait. Menus are dirty, nasty and ragged. Prices are too high so don't eat there. Floor is nasty and greasy.
