Went in yesterday, no customers, still had bad service. One guy told us to sit down and the waitress would be with us shortly. It was a good bit before she came out and seemed very interested in taking out order. When we ordered our pizza we didn't see her again until she brought the pizza out, she spilled drink on the table and just left it. She never came back out and when we tried to check out we had to find someone. No one seemed the least bit interested in being there. On the upside the pizza was better than last time. We won't be going back to pizza hut.

This is the second time I've gone there and when I go there. It's at the end of the night because I work. And both times I've gone there. The food sucks. The guy's got a bad attitude now. You tell me, does that look like a large pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni for $19.

Guy at the drive thur was burping while holding a conversation about my order, after I paid him it took an additional 25 minutes on top of the 15 minutes i had already wait before I went to pick it up then my backyard BBQ chicken pizza barley had BBQ sauce on it.

Had free breadstick reward for birthday, ordered on line. The breadsticks were refrigerator cold when picked up. Do you give inferior product when it is free? If you do then the customer should be told and not expect to get hot fresh product instead old( who knows how many days old)that came from refrigerator.

Love the wings. Some of the best you will eat. The only reason it's 4 and not 5 stars is the price. They are a little high but I guess you get what you pay for.

Service was fine. Associates were polite & helpful. Food was over cooked. Was suppose to get 2 dipping sauces. Didn't get either because I made it clear the blue cheese would be trashed because no one in my family likes blue cheese.

Just cause the breadsticks are free , meaning I earned points to receive them by actually paying money .. doesn’t mean they should be cold .. pulled up to the window was told to wait they were in the oven .. only to be given cold breadsticks. Worst Pizza Hut I’ve been to
