My family has loved substation 2 for many years. Their subs are the best around and their employees are always so friendly and kind. If you want an awesome sub that is priced fair than definitely make substation 2 your go to place. The #19 is my personal favorite!!! I love that they slice the meat right in front of you and the veggies are Always fresh!!!!

DON’T ORDER THERE!!! First time there. I ordered provolone, turkey & roast beef. The provolone & turkey was sliced so thin I could actually see through them. I opened my sandwich & it fell apart. That’s how I found out how thin the meat & cheese was. The person who made & wrapped the sandwich didn’t do a very good job. I will never go back?. I tried calling to talk to someone but it went straight to voice mail. Very bad service & quality Can’t say anything about the questions below

This is an $18 sandwich? I stopped by this restaurant to pick up a sandwich on the way home today. I was tired and in a hurry, I didn't check the sandwich to make sure that I got the extra roast beef that I ordered. I drove home to Cowpens, gave it to my brother, and was asked the old "where's the beef"question. When I told him what I spent on this (mostly) mayonnaise sandwich, he wanted me to drive all the way back to Gaffney to have it fixed. Not happening. Life is too short to go chasing after a business to get them to give me what I paid for. This sandwich had less meat on it than most places put on a regular sandwich when someone had not paid handsomely for more. I understand that businesses are also finding it tough to stay afloat in this awful economy right now. Cheating customers is not the way to make it through. If they were low on roast beef, then saying that there's not enough to sell double meat sandwiches would be the appropriate thing to do. Charging the extra fee and putting what would be called a skimpy amount for a regular sandwich on it just comes across as taking advantage of the customers.
