Literally THE WORST PLACE!! Manager/Owner is very rude to not only employees but customers as well. She yells and talks over them.. talks bad about the customer and employee to their face. They do not accept any coupons from the app and will yell and talk over you not giving you a chance to speak. I ordered on the app and when I picked my sandwich up it was the wrong sandwich, I drove back up there and she fussed at me because it was wrong like it was my fault! Then proceeded to yell over the employees and other customers in line telling the worker what I wanted on my sandwich, she absolutely would not let me tell him. Then gave me back the wrong sandwich and proceeded to tell me I could have it anyway because it was better than whatI ordered. No, thank you!!! The other 2 employees argue and fight with each other in front of customers. This place is a mess and the people here do not need to work in customer service or the food industry. I hope it stays closed until someone else takes over. The Subway on Floyd baker is great and the manager is so sweet and personable, along with her staff!

I wish I would have read the reviews. The older woman was very rude and argumentative. Every time I asked for something on my sandwich she would say something along the lines of “how do you expect me to close the sandwich with so much on it?” I asked for spinach and she picked out 1 large leaf, I asked for more Spanish and she picked out another leaf. Cucumber slices are chopped into 4 bits; I got 1 slice. Thinnest subs I’ve ever had that took well over 10 minutes to order. Please save yourself the waste of time and money that is this subway.

This service deserves 0 stars, today I received a some of the absolute worst customer service, the lady behind the counter was making rude comments about the mans sandwich in front of me, saying out loud how disgusting his sandwich looked. And then proceeded to try to talk about him to me. I told her she was being downright rude and she told me thank you for being her new teacher and that I should go back to my trailer. Such disgusting behavior.

This was the worst costumer service I received in forever and I used to work at a subway. They misunderstood my order so they decided to charge me for two sandwiches instead of a footlong. Then they told me I'm not allowed to put lettuce on only one half. They said that there boss is watching them and they aren't allowed to put veggies on only half the sandwich. Both employees where trying to prove their point the whole time I had to interact with them. They didn't try to hear and understand my order. Towards the end I felt awkward to add any more veggies. Never ever coming here again.Also bread was old. Place had half the chairs on the tables like they didn't want to clean up the whole place so they will close half of it.

Customer service was TERRIBLE. Ordered a couple subs for dine-in, and they weren’t even rolled up. They were literally kept open and handed to me on a tray. When I asked for a cup for water, they said they don’t give those out to drink water. To top it off, they didn’t have any restrooms for public use. Will not be coming back.

Yikes...I can't really say much that other reviewers haven't already. Very rude, out-of-touch staff and sloppy, poorly made food. Spent $30 on garbage. Even the cookies were bad! I watched two elderly ladies walk out because the staff were rude. I don't understand how this place is open.
This place is absolutely one of the worst places in Gaffney and that's saying a lot. ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!. The staff the service the food. Hell they don't even open on time nor will they ever answer a phone. Wouldn't go back if they paid me to.

What a strange place with strange people. The employees were argumentative and challenging. Unfortunately, the restaurant was a big, cluttered mess when I was there. The older woman and older man worked poorly together, yelling at each other and customers, and working over each other. My footlong had 4 small pieces of tomato and about 7 pieces of spinach.... it took about 7 minutes to order and pay for my sandwich. Save yourself and go to the other one on Floyd Baker.

A real freak show. Some old lady kept saying no to anything I requested. Can I have a cup? Old lady standing in front of a stack of cups. No. We don’t cups. Me: oh those are for display. Stopped here out of necessity. Would never do so again. Weird experience. Employees were like the Adams family rejects. Weirdos to the max. Kept asking what was in the bag. You mean the bag with the sandwich the dude just made?
