I’ve ate here a few times and for the most part, the food was good. My personal favorite was the Philly cheesesteak. Wings are ok as well as the fish. I figured I’d try the fried rice and it was decent but definitely wouldn’t go there for that. My only real gripe is the same as all the other reviews that are negative and that is the customer service. The Asian lady was very rude when I called as well as when I picked up the food. She seems to not like being asked any questions. Both instances when I questioned her about something (pricing and quantity), she was very condescending and rude. That alone would not make me go back. Other times I’ve went, there were nice people but I’m assuming this is owner/management running up front. She seems to be a very unhappy and angry person if I’m not the only one posting about the rudeness. I hope whatever she’s angry about gets better for her but I work too hard to spend my money somewhere that is rude.

Very rude to customers when they are calling to place an order. I will never give them any of my money. Rudest people I have ever experienced. They wonder why the parking lot be so empty.

Food seemed to be expensive but in the end well worth the money. Me and a coworker stopped in to grab something for lunch and we are from north carolina so we decided to try a new place great food but watch out for the trippy tea it will have have you stumped if you try to guess what kind it

Decided to try this place out after some recommendations, and reading some of the reviews.During our few minutes in the restaurant, it was sure popping, and see they indeed have an active clientele.But to say that this is the best Philly Cheese Steak and Wing place in Gaffney???Philly Steak was minced meat, that is not an American Philly, or a Philadelphia Philly nor a Italian/ Greek Style Philly. Algean’s has a better Philly than this. Wings.. well they’re breaded and fried for those that prefer their wings that way, and the meat came off the bone.Soda machine tasted funky. French Fries were good though!

We've been here twice and the most recent time the ladies at the front were very rude. There was no communication with me during ordering and I felt as if I was inconveniencing them by being there. When I had a question about the receipt, they rolled their eyes and responded with an attitude. The wings were okay, but the poor service was very unnecessary.
