A bit pricey for what you get. The flavor was good of the Carolina Gold sauce but the chicken was over cooked dry and hard. The Jalapeno poppers was over $5 for 5 poppers. Bojangles isn't to far away I'll probably eat there tomorrow

If I could give zero stars that's what I would give this business after the rude, nonplussed, disgusting level of customer service I received tonight. The service I received is not even worth one star. I made an online order at 8:08pm for pick up at 8:47pm. When I arrived at the location to pick up my food, my order was not only not ready it was never even made. The ticket never printed out and instead of apologizing FIRST, what I received was a nasty attitude and the shrugged shoulders of the white girl fixing the wings. Her response was "I don't have any orders and these are all the wings I have". Not once did she make the suggestion to prepare my order nor doing ANYTHING to sustain my business as a customer. She kept making the orders and completely ignored me standing there waiting to see how THEIR computer error was going to be resolved. It was the Latina cooking the wings who apologized and notified me she could make my food but it would take 20 mins. I told her that was okay, thank you but I would not be returning. Some businesses forget that it's the customer who keeps their businesses running. And they really should be thankful they even have a business to run considering ALOT of small businesses and restaurants closed down due to the pandemic. Little Ms. Shoulder Shrug better count her blessings I opted to pay for the food at the restaurant and not prior to or otherwise she WOULD have made my food whether she liked it or not. Management needs to evaluate their staff and the level of customer service and professionalism they exhibit because as long as customers keep getting the type of treatment I received, Varsity Square is going to continue to lose business one customer at a time. Needless to say I will be getting my wing fix somewhere else.

The burgers are this place are so delicious. They are grilled on a flat top grill and if you’re looking for an old fashioned good hamburger, this is the place to go. Fries are also good and very crispy.

I called to place an order for 24 wings. They gave me the total & I stated the online price is 18.99. The guy on the phone was very nice and understood. He told me to hold on for a minute. A lady name Cali got on the phone stating the menu online doesn’t state 18.99. When I asked to speak to the manger and she stated, “He is gone to the bank and I don’t have time to discuss this with you because I have other customers I need to take care of!! Our online price and the price here matches. Where did you see that price at?” I looked back on the website and told her it was on their google website and Facebook when you click on the link. She told me it would be 28 and some change and did I want to place an order because that wasn’t online!My opinion…You could’ve looked at y’all menu online and acknowledge it’s a mistake instead of saying that price isn’t on y’all menu because the price matches in the store. I went back and look again and clicked on the link, it states 18.99 for 24 wings. It’s all about communication instead of trying to make someone feel like they are wrong and the menu states 18.99 on 3 different sites. She could’ve said, “I’m sorry but it has changed.” I would’ve placed my order.I just went through the reviews and saw this was a problem 3 month ago with the online price and it’s still not fix. Kimberly made a review about the online price also. Yes, she is correct. So, it’s good to know for a fact, it’s not me.

This wing place is awesome! The Lemon Pepper Honey are my favorite!! I have never been here and it was messy or dirty! The employees are super nice and speak when you come in and leave! While you dine in they are never playing or talking loud or complain about working! I love it

Ordered 12 wings 3 extra sauces, on line my total was 12.??, get to the restaurant girl tells me it’s 18.13. I asked about price difference young lady says oh those prices on line are not correct! That is a big price difference y’all need to correct this! Or at least honor your incorrect prices!!
