This place has some very disrespectful waitresses that seem to go out of there way to flirt with the men, in this case intentionally trying to make my wife mad but also making me uncomfortable in the process. I don't know what that ladies issue was but apparently did not like my wife and was trying to get under her skin. Then was apparently delighted at the fact that it worked a little. When asked to speak with her manager she got her coworker instead, my guess is because she knew she was wrong and that her coworker would back her up. After starting to get a little loud about how she over charged us and attracting the attention of her boss she stated sarcastically "I think the world of y'all so I'm going to pay for this myself" snatched the ticket out of my wife's hand and walked off talking rudely about my wife. The order only consisted of a triple hash browns and a waffle. Just to throw this in to, me and my wife were going to pay separate so she could use her coupon for her bday for a free waffle but the waitress told us they couldn't do that (which if it's separate paying orders you are aloud to use 1 coupon per ticket) but just because she didn't like my wife for some unknown reason we were refused my wife bday waffle. On top of all of this, this was a horrible start to my wife's bday(who as well worked for wafflehouse for 7 years) and knew we could both order and pay for ours separately to comply with their policy of one coupon per order/ticket. Also the same waitress among a few others loudly talk about the customers amongst themselves behind the bar and with some of the customers. But there are a few very nice women who are waitresses there, my count is around 3 that go beyond their job to make sure your happy when you leave. I've never been to a wafflehouse that has treated/judged us even half this bad it's completely disgusting to me as a person. They talk bad about homeless people because they aren't able to tip as well as some other people. I don't see us going back there anytime soon.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible but some of the staff tend to look down/dislike serving the disabled because they're not financially able to tip well like some other people. They openly talk trash about the homeless for the same reason.

I ordered the chicken cheese deluxe w/o bacon or onions and double hash browns add onions. The order was wrong there was no onions in the hash browns but sautéed onions on my sandwich…..totally not what I ordered also the hash browns were COLD . The only good thing about this visit was the GREAT customer service provided by my waitress "Becky"!!!!

The waitress (I don't know her name, but I wish I did) asked me what I'd like to drink to which I got a water. When she went to take my order, she didn't even approach my table. I had to talk to her from my table while she was behind the line. I repeated myself multiple times and she just nodded her head without saying anything. Then she put in my order. I can't remember when she had brought my water, but I was drinking it while I waited for my food. When she brought the food, the hashbrown had cheese on it. I informed her that I asked for smothered and chunked. She said I said I wanted covered so I replied no. I ALWAYS get mine with onion and ham. Smothered and covered. At this point she's had an attitude since I came in and sat down. She barely spoke, had a disrespectful tone, and was friendly to everyone else so I was confused as to why I was experiencing this part of her. So she looks at me and says you want them to remake it? So I said yes. I don't do the cheese and she smarts off with a comment about me having it on my cheesesteak. So finally I decided enough is enough. I told her she can keep the whole meal and that she had been rude to me since the moment I walked in. I then walked out. I was not going to continue to be treated like crap for no reason. I eneded up driving to the waffle house on Hyatt Street and it was perfect. Great service and great food. Well worth the wait. Tipped 9 dollars on a 10 dollar tab because the experience was phenomenal compared to what I received from the one on Floyde Baker. Whoever she is, she needs some training in respect and kindness not to mention proper etiquette. Taking my order without coming up to the table is quite rude and really not appreciated or appropriate. You can see on the cameras where she took my order while not standing at the table and how she kept moving around when I was trying to speak with her about the mess up with the order. I am pregnant and was nauseous due to being hungry and that was just making matters worse sitting there unable to eat.

Can’t even review because we showed up to an empty parking lot and was told by the staff which included a cook and servers they were ‘not taking orders at this time’ no reason given just were not doing it. They proceeded to say the restaurant was open but they were not cooking. Again no explanation-no apology. Terrible service

It is a Waffle House. Good food fast. Grits are good, waffles are great. Biscuits and gravy top of the line for the area. Never disappoints.
