Got 2 ham biscuits the biscuits were half the size of a normal one in thickness and undercooked like eating raw dough the ham was thin as a piece of paper thanks

This was one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had!!! The sweet young lady at the drive thru was super nice and friendly…..the lady taking orders inside was so sweet to give me 2 fresh ham biscuits!!!! And there was a young man and another lady….they were all so very nice!! This is Sunday morning at 11:30ish! March 3rd. Thank you again!!!!

The customer service there is HORRIBLE. The manager really NEEDS to train the employees on how to talk to the customers. I started to leave the food but I drove 30 minutes for a 10 piece just to get 1 breast and 9 thighs.

Maybe it was an off day, and this isn't my usual Bo's, so keep that in mind.The girl taking my order in the drive through seemed angry. Like, get the F outta here angry. I said to my wife, " she's mad" but I got a roll of the eyes. Guess it was just me.Get to the window. Nope, she's angry for sure. To add to the fun she couldn't seem to swipe my card right and looked to have got her manager to do it. Then she wouldn't even really hand me my food. She kind of half dangled it slightly by the window. That was awesome.But whatever, I love Bojangles, and everyone is allowed to have a bad day here and there.

Man I'm sorry but I just got to do a little rant right now. I just went to Bojangles for the last time ever! I'm the most considerate kind polite person you would ever meet. I work with public and I run a register so I get So I give my order they forget to ask me my side, and I forgot to tell them. I get up to the window and I say oh I'm sorry I forgot to tell you my side, and they said well we had fries, which I hadn't said believe me. But I said that's fine, and Ilet it go. Then I go to get my card back and I take the card and the receipt to put in my purse and the lady said you just snatched that out of my hand ,and she's like all mad at me, and I'm like excuse me? She goes that was just rude and I go on and I'm trying to say I'm sorry I didn't realize I did, I didn't mean to, and then they start going back over the whole side thing issue after I already told them it was fine, what did you want, I said it was fine just get past this, and then they just all came to the window like four women, couple of them look kind of embarrassed and sad themself ,but the one that started the whole thing she was just not going to back down, and finally she says well I'm a nice person, I said so am I so why are we doing this? And then she says cuz you snatched the card out of my hand! I'm still shaking all over, that is just absolutely unacceptable to be verbally attacked like that for absolutely nothing.
