We ordered a barbecue and it was more fat than meat. To be worth almost 50 dollars it is very bad, we left it all there, the experience in that place was very ugly.

El Cerro recently raised their prices considerably and they didn't change their online menu to reflect these price changes. I was overcharged for my meal because of this.

It's a cute little restaurant. It took our server a little longer than typical to realize we were sat in his section, but he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was disappointing. There was no flavor in anything: salsa, guacamole, refried beans, and the diablo shrimp were all incredible bland. I wouldn't return.

The food was every thing that you would expect from a good Mexican Restaurant. We will return again for more good Mexican food.

Ordered the Texas Fajita. Food was good. Price was very high! $26 for one order. We are used to paying $15-20 for one order, but $26 was too high and the food was not amazing! They put too much green bell peppers and onions. Half of the portion was only green bell peppers and onions!

The restaurant itself seemed extremely well managed (super clean, friendly staff, great service, nice building, etc), but the food itself was just extremely.....bland.Chips were those tasteless bulk ones from a restaurant supply, salsa had very little taste and zero spice (was more of a tomato paste). Taco, burrito, and enchiladas were all just kind of there. Super bland. And the rice was soggy, tasteless and for some odd reason perfectly shaped like a portion scoop.Coming from having always lived in the southwest and putting on my offering unrequested advice hat here: I feel like they need to make some changes in the kitchen.....

Paco did a fantastic job. My 13 year old daughter even commented on how helpful and attentive he was. Better service than we have had. The food was good. Typical Mexican restaurant fare.
