Collards, Blackeye peas, shrimp & grits, fried squash & Okra, BBQ pork, hash---you name it. Salad for those that diet. Vanilla pudding with lots of cookies for dessert. Best tasting buffet around. Friendliest staff around. Friday night, big fried shrimp on the buffet. Saturday night, fried catfish on the buffet. Just a great little place!
I discovered this gem on a recent visit to South Carolina and I think I'm in love. I had never heard of Price's BBQ and if it weren't for my brother recommending it, I may never have come across it. Be aware, you don't just happen past Price's (in Gilbert, SC), you literally have to make an effort to go there. But it is well worth the effort. I grew up in Lexington, but have since moved away. Great place to eat, waitresses we're very pleasant & helpful, food was hot and buffet always had fresh food with very little wait time for anything that was out. Website and sign outside say they close at 3 and reopen at 4. This is not true. They close at 2 and reopen at 4.
