I generally do not have any issues when I come here. The food is typically hot and tastes good. The issue today is the drive thru. I know businesses are suffering staff shortages but today the drive thru was worse than normal. When I arrived there were three cars in front so not to bad and then I placed my order with four cars behind me. From the time I ordered to pickup it was over 20 minutes. The biggest issue I have is that is a key peak hours; lunch time. I will say the food was food and hot.

I got the 4 piece chicken supreme just now and this is what I spent $10 on!! I trying them hoping that it will get better!! I would take it back but I didn't get a receipt

They were out of boberry biscuits. I have no words. They did however have the county ham biscuit and it's very burnt and tastes awful.

It was so bad, I give it a one star because that's my only choice. The picture speaks volumes for one. After approaching the drive thru I waited several minutes before someone came to the speaker. I ordered the nine piece meal and was told all they had was dark meat. Then I was told it would be a twenty minute wait on chicken. I ordered bo berry biscuits and they were out. I kept saying ok and approached the window. After sitting there for several minutes not one employee came to the window. I saw this mess inside. I decided to pass on my good after this experience kept getting worse. Meanwhile I saw someone come out the back door with several bags of food to go.

This location consistently messes up my order Usually leaving out a biscuit for example. Today they were out of dirty rice and substituted for beans which was horrible. Also, I ordered mash potatoes and gravy…no gravy. Over the years, the sides have shrunk in size and the prices have increased. Bojangles please let me enjoy my dining experience again.

They were super busy I ordered the 20 piece family meal. I understood the wait and the manager even double checked my receipt to ensure I had the correct order. Really good customer service at a fast food restaurant. They got it together for sure. Have had issues with this bojangles before but the new management has it under control.

This is the best Bojangles I’ve ever ate at Chicken is always fresh and the supremes are always good, and the Young man that Usually has a pink or red beanie on Deserves 15 a hour cause he’s always so so nice and sweet while working the drive thru

I placed an order through the app and waited at curbside pickup for 15 minutes after scheduled time. I decided to drive through the drive though to pick up my food and the cashier said that they were closed. This was at 6:00 pm. I'm not sure if they were having technical difficulties or what. I asked for my order to be reimbursed and the cashier said I could come back tomorrow to get a free biscuit and I needed to wait until Sunday to speak with the manager because she was out of town. The audacity.I left and called the 1-800 number. A guy took my information and reassured me that my money would be put back on my card. It is now February 9th and nothing. Not even an email. This took place on January 20th. Oh yes, I also emailed the company several times as well. No response.

Ordered online for pickup in 30 mins. When I arrived to get my food I had to wait 20 mins to be told they stopped taking orders and had no food for new orders. I asked for a refund and was told to do it online. Can't say if the food is good or not but the customer service will ensure I don't return.

Drive thru only. Not a huge deal honestly. But my order was wrong. Order was 2 cajun filet biscuits with cheese on them both combos with borounds and both with sweet tea. Neither biscuit had cheese. Had one tea and one coke. I will say the food was all hot. Just need to do a little better with the order. My reciept reflects my order correctly. Just not the order itself.

Every time I decide to give this bojangles a chance its always the same thing is going to be a 40 minute wait for 12 tenders 8 pieces of chicken for they family meal I hate this bojangles I would drive across town or out of town before I ever go back there they shouldn't even get one star I'm suprise they got 3 star

Stopped in at 6:45pm and was told they weren't taking orders and they closed in an hour. We drove around the store and everyone was sitting around in the lobby. I'll never go there again.

Looks like management doesn't care about this location. EXTREMELY dirty in the dining room and in the prep area. Scared to know what the restrooms look like. Drink spills on the counters and floors. Trash everywhere on the floors. And an A rating on the door . Give me a break!!! Get your shit together or shut this place down. It's embarrassing!!

Wish I could give a zero stars but I can’t a leave a review. While sitting in the drive through window I witnessed the grill line cook put his gloved hands down his pants to adjust his boxers the returned his same gloved hands back to food preparation. I saw this happen three times before I was able to get the attention of the manager and make her aware of the situation. The manager said after the orders were taken care of she would take him to the lobby and discuss this issue with him.

God awful customer service and from a manager at that. They will never get another from me or my family. Food cold at 8am. Attitude for days. She actually slammed the drive thru window when I was asking for something and didn't bag all of my food that was ordered.
