I recently visited a Brazilian bakery and buffet and had the opportunity to try their salad with Bife, bacalhau, black beans, and rice. While the overall experience was pleasant, there were a few aspects that left me slightly disappointed.Starting with the positives, the salad itself was fresh and vibrant. The combination of Bife, bacalhau, black beans, and rice created a well-rounded and satisfying dish. The flavors blended nicely together, and the ingredients were of good quality. However, the main letdown was the preparation of the Bife. It was overcooked and incredibly chewy, which greatly affected the overall enjoyment of the dish. The meat lacked tenderness and juiciness, indicating that it had been cooked at a high temperature for too long. To truly enhance the flavor and texture of the Bife, it would be beneficial for the chefs to adopt a low and slow cooking method, allowing the meat to become tender and succulent.Despite this setback, the rest of the meal was satisfactory. The bacalhau was well-seasoned and had a delightful flakiness to it. The black beans and rice were cooked to perfection, providing a comforting and traditional Brazilian touch to the dish.In terms of ambiance and service, the bakery and buffet provided a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff members were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was pleasant. In conclusion, while the Brazilian bakery and buffet offered a delightful salad with Bife, bacalhau, black beans, and rice, the overcooked and chewy Bife was a disappointment. However, with some improvements in the cooking technique, particularly by adopting a low and slow method for the roast, this dish has the potential to be exceptional. Overall, the bakery and buffet provided a pleasant dining experience, and I would be willing to give it another try in the future.

The food was nice and tasty but they OVERCHARGE! They weigh the food on a scale and it is $8.50 for one pound. I got a tray not particularly big and it was $15. To mention I didn’t get no beverage or anything else but that tray. My friend got a tray the same size at mine and got a beverage and her cost $11. Something there was not right and I was overcharged.
It's a little intimidating to walk in, but the staff makes it feel friendly

It's basically a dine-in buffet. Very informal: mostly blue collar patrons. Really nice bakery selection. Great prices. The night I ate, they had fried catfish and two other meats. The catfish was a bit dry. Not too crazy about the dirty dish trays being placed at the head of the buffet line. They need to move that. The owner says breakfast is available at 0530! I'll have to remember that.

I walked in to check out the bakery and buffet. WOW so glad I did. I ask a bunch of questions and decided to go with 3 of the sweet balls in the display, 2 small pies and a sweet creation they had behind the counter. They were all amazing. We will definitely be back.

great flavors, excellent taste in the food, very homemade, just needs a little more variety in the buffet. I also congratulate you.
