I haven't eaten at a Captain D'S in 30 years but for some reason I wanted to try it and I'm glad I did. I had the spicy fish sandwich and it was delicious. I will be returning.

I do not go to this store anymore. They no longer have grilled fish and haven't for quite a while. The dining room is only open when they pick a day. As a senior, I enjoy the senior meals, but I have to take it home to enjoy it.

This restaurant has been here since I was probably in high school. Best jalapeño poppers in the business and sweet tea was off the anchor chain. Ask me if I wanted a bag to bring my leftovers home. Courteous crew on deck at the Captain today !!

I sat in drive thru for nearly 45 mins to receive cold food and not everything I ordered on the tray..I tried reaching out by calling no answer and when I did reach someone the manager he had a nasty attitude I have told my people not to support that restaurant no more...the wait is too long and

Dining room is closed since COVID in 2019.... Sad to say drive thru sucked because there intercom is broken!! And not one employee could come out and write people's orders down and put them in to make things quicker!! Just sad!! I left the line and didn't order!! I've worked in a Captain D's in Lexington SC!! We had dining room packed!! An also drive thru out on the road!! We would do over thousand customers a day!! Just sad to see how Captain D's has run down big time!!

Food was cold, stale and burnt. Called to complain and I got no answer. Waste of $38.
Lights were off, looked closed. Saw lights and people inside, so went around to place order. Got order placed, came around to pay, and all the lights come on then. I ordered a bunch of food over $60 worth. Waited maybe 3 or 4 minutes and got it all correct and hot. Was delicious.

Management extremely rude. Had a sign up that said "online orders only" which confused me because someone came on the speaker asking to take my order. I asked about the sign and the " manager" ignored my question. I asked if she was going to answer and she responded saying : "you're the one being ridiculous about a sign." Had to go to another location with better service. Been coming here for years and and seriously considering not going back. Horrible manager with even worse attitude. I think the sign was up to deter people from ordering and she got upset when asked about it. Awful.

10-29-2023 around 7:30pmJust like almost every other fast food joint within 50 miles of Charleston, the lack of give a damn is apparent. The dining room wasn't open yet again so we hit the drive through. The wait wasn't bad but it wasn't until I got home (8 minutes away) that I figured out why. NOTHING was hot or fresh. Absolutely a waste of $35. The fries tasted like they had set for at least 20 minutes and the fish wasn't much better. Captain D's has always been one of my favorite places to eat. Unfortunately, this location is just another place I won't be going to anymore.

The food that I ordered the family four pack wasn't enough to feed one. I would have come out better getting four individual meals for 44 bucks. It was only enough to feed two people. The line was a long wait and it was just an unpleasant experience and the food was average. Not anything to brag
