I ordered a mobile order from this location I get there and go through the regular drive-thru line the lady tells me when I pull up to the window what's your order with a snarky attitude I gave her my name she incorrectly announced my name I corrected her and she said whatever with a snarky attitude. Then tells me to pull forward cuz my food's not ready that they would bring it out to me. The person that brings it out to me gives me a hard time every time I come through there says he does not like my name. I don't care if you don't like my name. Then when I try to get the store information from them they give me more of an attitude nobody in the store can give me the store restaurant number. I love checkers it is one of my favorite restaurant but I will never repeat never go back to this location I'll be scarce to go to another location anytime soon. The customer service I receive from this restaurant is completely ridiculous. I pay to get my food and leave I don't come in and pay to get snarky attitudes about what I order or how my name is pronounced or if you like my name or not. By the time I'm done writing this my food's probably cold now thanks I appreciate that.

In the same but I wanted for a while and I chose the fry lovers burger. It was delicious but three fry seasoned chicken strips. The guy that took my order was very helpful and friendly, and the food was very quickly but also Tasted nice and fresh. I sat at the outside seating which was clean and organized. I enjoyed trying it for the first time and will probably eat there again.

Employees appear to be closing down the store early every single night. Google maps says 2am, if that isnt true, please update the site. If it is, yall might want to look at getting a new manager. Other than that, food is pretty good.

Husband and I went there to pick up some burgers with a coupon that just came in the mail. I live in Ladson and usually we go to the Summerville location but with the prices of everything going up we hadn't been able to eat out as much. So when the coupons came in with Buy one get one free big buford limit 4. We decided to go get us some burgers and bring the other two home for my father and my son. However, the cashier said that she couldn't do it, that the limit 4 meant limit on 4 types of burgers whe. Questioned further she said "ya know like the double or the triple. " my husband said that didn't make sense.- It didn't make sense because the coupon said excluding the triple so we knew this excuse wasn't going to fly.But as my husband says, This doesn't make sense" the cashier became very indignant and uncaring and down right rude if you ask me. Cuz she immediately cut him off and said "sir !sir! " talking over him and cutting him off before he can even finish 3 words "that doesn't make sense" then she said sir sir I can'tget the machine to ring up more than one! . Did you still want 4 at full price?"We maybe would have at least left with milkshakes we had planned to buy but after she was so rude to us we just said Bye. We will NOT be back! I had never been to this location and hadn't had checkers in like 2 years but nope. Not going to go where the workers can't figure out how to read a coupon nor how to treat their customers with dignity and respect. We went to McDonald's instead.

Fries were stale and burnt. I was given no receipt. I called and a manager was to supposed to get back to me. They never did. So much for there fresh fries guarantee.After reading the owners response below. I in fact did use that website and informed corporate 17 days ago and still no response, hence the above review. The manager was supposed to respond to me at least 15 days ago...... It's not even about the money, its about trying to get Checkers fries. If they were sitting under a heat lamp for the past 30 minutes. DON'T SERVE THEM!It is most likely a management issue. They let the employees do this and they don't respond to customers until it becomes public.Funny thing. Still no contact from the manager since their comment below.

For the past ATLEAST 6 months, I'm sure longer.. they say that they have no strawberry stuff for ice cream, so why offer it on the menu still?

I travel a lot, and love checkers, but today, super slow and understaffed / confused? Upside was they made my burgers special for me???. Lol.

If you want quick service this is NOT your place. Employees eating ice cream on the line while the drive thru is 10 cars deep and a few walk up customers. A guy standing with me waited 20 minutes on a receipt, got asked if he lost his, replied no he never received one.. still no receipt.. he eventually left without one. I got asked several times what I needed with no results.

I would give 0 if I could. We waited in drive thru 30 mins behind 2 cars. We couldn't leave the drive thru due to the curbs. People were standing out front yelling through the window. Others jumped the curb and sped off. There were birds being flipped and employees yelling out the drive thru window. Least professional and most annoying experience of any fast food restraint I have ever been to. Even worse than when a Burger King shut down mid morning because employees didn't show. We walked over to Waffle House where all the other customers went as well.

Ordered the fish sandwich that I normally really like from here because even though it's a burger place the fish sandwich here is usually very good in my opinion but on this particular visit the fish was hard on the edges and taste like it had been recooked in the deep fryer. I'm hoping this was a one time occurrence because when cooked right and fresh it's really good.

Ordered through the app. Was given a time my order would be ready let them know at the speaker I ordered on the app pulled forward and waited behind 2 cars when I made it to the window they asked my name then told me their shake machine was down, my name and phone# are on the ticket. Then I watched while they started my order. Do not order through the app you'll end up waiting longer. 20 minutes for something that should have been ready when I arrived.
