I happen to order this a few times a month when we eat out but want it to be something easy, priced right, and taste great! I use the app to order usually and I find it to be quick, user friendly, & always has good deals. If I have ever had an issue they make it right immediately! I don’t order from specific places that much so the few I do it’s due to the service, food, cost, and customer satisfaction. I can say out of the 15yrs I’ve been ordering from here they have only made a mistake with my order in some way 3 times. I can’t say enough great things if you are a pizza lover and find this Dominos to be your local one! I feel u will not be disappointed!

On 03/15/2024, I ordered 2 pizzas, cinnamon twist, wings and a dessert that was delivered to me. I called back spoke with manager Elizabeth that I wasn't happy that my pizzas and cinnamon twist were burnt overbaked to my liking. She proceeded to say bring them back. I didn't drive to get them so why service was rendered back by delivery. It's imperative to have a manager and staff that cares about service to each customer.

Be careful with your car!Excellent customer service, fella saw me as I came in and noticed front of house was on the phone with an order and came right around to ring me out. Pizza was great! (1st) Delivery Driver was awesome!Order was nearly completely wrong on one pizza (wrong crust, wrong sauce, completely missing topping) Called to advise and get a refund on that pizza as I really didn’t have time to wait for another and was told I could only get a credit for my next order. I RARELY, if ever, order dominos, hence the need for a refund. Terrible customer service and I just ended up having to wait on a reorder. Never again.

I wish I could give this location zero stars but google doesn’t allow that . I decided to order pizza and wings . The pizza didn’t have extra pepperoni as I paid for it and the wings weren’t fully cooked . I called and asked to speak to a manager. To which name was Deborah , she kept repeating to me that the wings are precooked and they’re placed in a 400 degree oven . After I repeatedly told her that the wings are full of dough and uncooked as I just bitten into it. I informed her several times that it’s not about extra or free food it’s about getting what you paid for . Deborah was very rude and lack customer services at its finest . Her attitude is very dry and she doesn’t show any empathy at all . I explained to her that uncooked cook can lead to so much more and see still showed no concern at all . All she keep saying was the temperature of the oven . I would never purchase from this location again . DEBORAH has ruined this experience for me !!! She needs to be retrained on customer service because what she displayed tonight isn’t it at all .

They clearly need more staff or something. I don't see how they even get any business seeing that I have been on hold for 14 minutes after calling twice and was told delivery would take close to two hours. If it's a one man show in there I truly feel sorry that their higher ups aren't doing more to help them.

I remember enjoying this location pizza but now the pizzas are horrible made. My last time going to this location cause it’s always something wrong with my food and always have to get pizza remade.They never I mean NEVER answers the phone I called maybe 50 times to speak with management she got on phone and was very rude and nasty and kept hanging up my calls and kept laughing on phone like it was an joke to her told me go to another location since you don’t like how I make the pizza and hang up. I believe her name is Stephanie the big fat WT girl who’s suppose to be manager with no type of customer service !!!!

I have experienced my last time at this location. A snobby lady who claimed to be a GM has no experience with customer service as she was quite rude in trying to explain to me they have no way to add double meat to the Philly Sandwiches which I know is a lie because I get it done like that all of the time at other Domino's locations. After frustration trying to pay for extra meat at this location, I went outside and called another location as they were happily able to do my request. This blonde GM needs some more education on customer service as I will not be back to one of her locations

Hope you don't have a hundred dollar bill. They can't break a bill that high.Also, they charge you 4.99 for a delivery fee but will deliver pizzas to 3 other people they charged a fee to also and then you'll get yours.I ordered pizzas for many events from Dominos but now I'm switching to Marcos.

At the Foxbank plantation location I always order extra sauce but never receive it. My last pizza from them was cold and burned and so dry, (hence the extra sauce). Even with the free pizza coupon I'm done.
