the manager is really sweet…the other workers are something else. whenever i order online the lady always gets my name wrong even when i have repeated to her several times at the window. she proceeds to say the wrong name and say “we don’t have that name here”. i went there this morning and i was enjoying my coffee until i got to the last few sips and noticed a bug in it. i don’t have bugs in my car and the windows were up…

These REALTORS® run on… well, coffee. ?We often get whatever special drink there is a deal for on the app and are never disappointed at this location. It looks like it does in the pictures, we’re in and out fast, and they don’t seem to go too light or too heavy on the ingredients. It seems like they really care and put love into their menu items.Goose Creek needed this. Thanks, DUNKIN’!Parking: Plenty of parking, unless you go at the busiest times. It is close to schools and businesses, so the mornings can be very busy.

I've never had a problem with this place up until recently walked in there were no donuts no food no anything and was told this is all we have and they had 12 donuts on the shelf. no explanation no anything and basically just looked at me like I was stupid. I can understand if a truck was late or if something went wrong in the shop but if you're not able to serve food then shut the shop down.

What has happened to this location?? The staff act like they don’t want customers. They give you a look when you walk in like you are disturbing them. The windows are always blacked out and dirty. There are no advertisements anywhere, they no longer display the donuts behind the register, they just have a few of them up front behind glass (when they have any). I never see customers there. Even in the mornings, it’s not as busy as it used to be. I’m honestly surprised they are still open. I doubt they will be much longer. At this point, they should just close it down and open a Krispe Kreme in its place. At least their donuts are fresh.

I have been in the Drive-Thru line for going on 37 minutes now and there has been zero movement. I totally do not recommend this location to anybody who has priorities or a schedule to maintain these people are slow as all get out and you will be lucky if they even remember your order the first time
