Was dying for some Hardee's as their Fresco burger was the best and they use to have the best strawberry shakes.. It will be a very long time before I go back. Burger was cols, old tomatoes and raw bacon. Never got the shake had to ask for a refund on it. Awful!

Haven't been to a Hardee's in forever, wanted to try it out again. Walked in and the employees were just hanging out in the front and all the menu screens were blank. They stated they were open and I could through the drive thru if I wanted to look at menu. They didn't even try to get a menu to look at while inside the store.CLOSE THE DOORS AND SHUT THIS ONE DOWN TOO!.

Where do I start? Back a couple of years ago a lady named Robin ran the business. Everything was very good back then. Anyway my wife and I went there last night and “WOW” that business has went down the hill. Our order was 1/2 right, no salt no biggie! Then no hot sauce, napkins and over charged! My burger had the tomato stem still attached to the “skin” cause there was no other tomato’s there. I’m done with that Hardies! Our fries were cold and not even close to fresh! I will say the mushroom and Swiss was pretty good. I’m done complaining cause I know it’s a lost cause. I guess we should have went to Olive Garden or somewhere for$40.00!!! No I don’t feel better but yea kinda for venting! Stay away from Hardies on Redbank rd. In Goose Creek! God bless everybody ??

They gave me the wrong order and when I asked them repeatedly if it was for my name the lady started getting rude. I came back around to get the right order and she immediately had an attitude and my order was still wrong. If you don’t like your job say that ??♀️

My chicken sandwich was so overcooked I could barely eat it. If we weren't traveling and on a schedule, I would have turned around and taken it back.

Our 1st time at Hardees and also our last! We waited half an hour for our order. Which woukd make you think they were preparing the food for us and that was taking the time. They came out to tell us to move out of the way although we had pulled over to the side. They said another 5 minutes and it was another 15 minutes. The food was cold when we did get it! The lady really had a hard time taking our order. We only got 1 of the 2 fries for the 2 combos we had ordered. The chicken tenders were kind of soggy and tasted like they had not been properly cooked. Never again!!

Best breakfast in town and morning staff is so nice!!!! I make it a daily stop before work. Also look for their coupons in your mail it's usually full of great deals!!!!

We ordered at the counter and waited over 20 minutes to get our food. It appears that drive thru has head of line privileges. Perhaps they should to a degree but you can't forget about those standing inside.
Horrible!!!! Ordered the pick 4 for $6 and was charged double. We pulled around to the window and got our food, checked it and the burger was sloppily made, the fries were cold and sweet tea was not sweet. I asked for a new burger to be made and the manager came to the window and was very rude. She told me to pull up while the new burger was being made. She came and brought me a refund telling me that “you ordered the food wrong and next time order it the right way” I then told her that I didn’t want the food again because of her attitude and she said that I was going to pay for it because she made it for nothing…I ended up paying for the chicken sandwich that I kept and she said that she didn’t care if I liked it or not….very unprofessional!!!! 10 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Decided to give this place a 3rd chance-disappointment again. Cold fries & a re-used burger that sauce was wiped off and a pound of mayo piled on to hide it. Gross. Won’t be going there ever again.
