Speaking for myself, it is evident that the staff does as best they can to produce quality food. It is obvious that this facility is understaffed. But it would be nice to be said hello to, seeing I'm fixin to spend my money here. Rarely do you even receive a greeting or welcome of any kind. Is this what our Beloved Country has become? Unmannered? I do not know for sure, but I do know this facility is understaffed. Love the stuffed crust pizza and I realize the staff often work alone. It is easy to become discouraged when this is your situation. Staff, please know that we appreciate all you do, and I sincerely your work environment improves soon!

So I went to little Caesar’s yesterday and this young white girl(to describe her more)Was sitting at the counter and I come in and tell her that I never had ordered wings before and shows me the menu. She looks at me with an attitude and then I order a pep. My parents tell me a list of what I needed to order, I purchase the items like 3 times and then forget to bring napkins and so my dad went in and nicely told the young lady, “ If you’re having a bad day, remember that God is peace. And she goes like,” God has nothing to do with my Job”. And my dad leaves sadly outside without a comment. And then when my dad tried giving my mom sweet tea because of her diabetes, I had to go back inside and get water. The young lady got a attitude and nods a no while I purchase Then she takes my debit card and nearly snatches it from my hand, and when she did, I snatched it back due to her attitude and goes like ,”don’t snatch it out of my hand” and then I tell her ,” if you don’t wanna work, then don’t work” easy as simple as it is I will never go back to that Little Caesars again Because no greet as soon as I walked in equals no good customer service

3rd time pizza crust didnt taste fully cooked. Zero texture. A few minutes in the toaster oven and it was great! I recommend using app to put order in for pick up.Pepperoni Cheese Bread is amazing!

My roommate ordered a cheese stuffed pizza with extra cheese. On the top we got a pizza that had no cheese missing a portion of one of the pieces and just sauce. Tried to call the store. What can I say, it's little Caesars ??‍♀️ I can say that today we stopped and picked up a pizza after the game. The online app wasn't working, so when my husband told the manager that he tried to get the bundle deal; she honored his order! Not only did she give him the online bundle, she also gave us free soda and bread sticks ☺️ and apologized for the headache! I didn't get her name, but she was so kind. We arrived around 2, so whomever you are who blessed us, thank you ! she was the manager, by the way!

They are the worst do not order and have food delivered, I ordered and never got my food, I called customer service and they said the driver dropped it off but never did and didn't have photo for proof. Customer service said they can't give me a reorder so they said I would get a refund but it's been like almost two months now.

LEGITIMATELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERShort “TLDR” Version: Experience so bad I had to write my first review EVER. Rude cashier that got an order wrong and then refuses to admit any fault instead insisting that I said the order differently. Unhelpful management that treated my presence as an inconvenience and then loudly slammed unopened untouched pizza on the floor after giving a refund. Personal opinion that $15 for mediocre pizza is insane especially when paired with wait times as long as better pizza restaurants and customer service this bad.Long Version:I am not the type to complain about restaurants in fact this is my very first review of a place in general and it is unfortunately a very negative one. This is the worst experience I have had in a restaurant, the customer service being the most abhorrent aspect, I went in to order a Pepperoni Pizza and a Cheese Bread. The wait was 15-20 minutes which is fairly average for pizza generally though not common for this company normally. The total came up to about $15, This did not shock me as while I haven't visited a Little Caesars in a few years I know they increased prices fairly recently. This resulted in me not checking the receipt as I left for other things to pass the time. This would be the catalyst of my experience.After returning I had noticed the mistake after the cashier put two pizza boxes on the counter, I calmly informed them of the mistake that she rang up a Cheese Pizza instead of a Cheese Bread and even took some accountability for not checking my receipt. However despite my kindness on a very honest minor mistake the cashier rather than admit fault for mishearing which was understandable in a loud busy establishment she insistedon trying to convince me that I actually asked for a Cheese Pizza which I did not. The cashier then got a hold of a manager who rather than aid the situation only seemed to see my mere existence in the lobby as an inconvenient nuisance. After being offered a full refund rather than an order correction which was totally fine tho not ideal this manager proceeded to take the two unopened and untouched pizzas and slam them hard on the dirty floor. Not only was this unbelievably rude but also shows that this location has no intention of delivering on “Hot-N-Ready” and would rather waste two perfectly good usable pizzas just because doing their basic job duties annoys them. Funnily enough after leaving to eat at a Wendy’s down the road which was currently understaffed and busy they also had a minor mistake on my order and they just fixed the mistake without throwing a fit over it.Overall this location has bad customer service and inconvenient wait times for their simple “Hot-N-Ready” orders as well as now being nearly as overpriced as competing options.For Potential Customers: DO NOT RECOMMEND Just avoid this location if you don't want to be treated as an inconvenience for giving them business and with their current price hike you're better off getting pizza at other businesses with better customer service and food qualityFor Store Owner: Please consider retraining your management staff or doing a mass rehire for management, I myself have worked at food service and if I had been half as rude as the staff here was I would have been fired on the spot.

I am a combat veteran and went to the Ladson,SC location to get or lunch at 1:45,They told me that they ran out, so they couldn't give me the veterans discount. I then went to the goose Creek store and they said at 2:05 that the promotion ended at 2 and wouldn't budge on that time. Thanks for serving veterans, but we are worth more than 3 hours.
