Kid friendly. Staff were all polite and respectful. Very busy place, which made it very hot inside, but was still a great family activity! My kids all loved it!

We came in at 8:55 and they told us it would be an hour wait so we went to get food and came back within the hour, but I guess lane opened up within 25min instead and they only hold the lane for 10min. I didn’t know it was this busy on a Saturday night, but we attempted to wait in the line again, they said we might not get in now. We waited almost another hour before leaving. Once home, we got the text a lane was ready at 11:30 but they close at 12am. They do an “all you can bowl” but if it’s thattt busy, I wish they had an hourly rate so everyone gets a fair chance to bowl. We will try again another night, but I was shocked even the bar and food areas were extremely packed. It took 25min to get a beer lol.

Would recommend better air conditioning, for even the kids were sweating inside. The lanes don't have enough tables for if you have one lane next to another group. The service was okay at first but more busy it got, worse service for attitude wise. I'd suggest still for it was fun to bowl, but if you have kids, I'm not sure if I'd suggest bringing.

Stopped by to roll a few games. Lanes were in great shape and the lady at the dest was friendly and informative. Really could use a parking lot upgrade.

Nice family entertainment facility. Clean, modern, and reasonably priced. Lanes were in great shape! Will visit again. Nice concession area as well as a restaurant/bar.

I am in a league and love this bowling alley. I am restarting after being away for many years and like the people there. Very clean, food and drinks can be bought there until a certain time.

My son has a bowling league, and we always come here. Usually, they are not super packed, and they have a good food bar. It's a little pricey, but whatever. The pretzels and churros are great. The arcade is ok, enough to keep the little kids entertained.
A group of us were planning to go bowling there so I called them on Monday to ask about pricing. The girl that answered the phone told me it was $5 per game per person and $4.50 for shoes if anyone needed them. I told her we’d be coming on Wednesday evening at 6:30pm. She explained that they do not take reservations. I was ok with that since she didn’t mention any other events going on there.When we arrived, we were told that there was at least a two hour wait because Wednesday is league night. I asked the girl at the desk why I wasn’t told that when I called. She said it’s always league night on Wednesday. I explained that we had never been there before and had called on Monday but were never told that. She got a bit of an attitude. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she couldn’t get her. I told her she needed to get her because I needed to talk to her about this situation. She waited about 5 minutes, kept looking at her phone and was getting annoyed with other customers that came in and finally got the manager.The manager handle the situation but we didn’t get a lane until after 7:30pm. When we were notified that our lane was ready, we went to the counter to get shoes for those who needed them and to pay. The same young girl tried to charge everyone for shoes saying that it’s their policy to do so. Once again I had to speak to the manager and we had to be refunded money.I would not recommend this bowling alley to anyone. If fact, I would suggest driving the extra 30 minutes to West Ashley where they know what they’re doing and how to treat people.

Thank you to the non trained staff members here. The young lady I talked to did not inform me of the $350 I would be spending for a birthday. The only thing she told me was the $100 non refundable fee. Who in there right mind doesn't explain everything to come with and how much it fully is for a party. The last lady I talked to tried to justify the cost. So thank you for allowing me to waste a $100. Train better people to have customer service and how to fully explain everything. Zero stars
