Old ladies like to try and use parking lot exits to cut in line in the drive-through. Last time I went with my wife (only reason to go to Starbucks) some old lady pulled off of St. James and kept trying to cut in the line. She played chicken with my car to get in and was ready to wreck her car just to get her "Starbies". She came inches away from it, as I wasn't going to let her in just like the 10 cars in front of me. If you go here, do not use the drive-through unless you're ready to wreck your vehicle or fight the elderly.

It's a nice Starbucks but the parking lot and especially the drive thru need to be reworked, for how heavy the traffic gets inside their tiny parking lot.Parking: your better off parking outside of this Starbucks parking lot and walking over

We arrived and they weren't that busy. We had to ask for service. When we did, the barista, had an attitude saying that they were busy, which clearly they weren't. He asked another barista to take our order. We come to this location fairly often and never had a problem. He didn't even acknowledge that we were in the building. Do better Starbucks- Goose Creek

so i order my tea xtra lemonade 2 pumps honey sweetner thru my app at 732am and it wasnt done until 756am so that's 24 mins. i let the that it was super late go because yes there was ppl coming in. after driving off and getting ways down the road i notice i wasnt made correctly. it taste like water so that lmk it was xtra lemonade at all. i called in a lady answered and i told her she did offer to give a refund or remake. but i wanted to let her know how disappointed i was because not only did i wait sooo long and was kind of late for work my drink was wrong. i said they at least gotta get the drinks right. she then said if ur gonna berate me im not giving you nothing....... i thought that was disrespectful and professional to have an attitude because i wanted her to know what happened and my experience........ my experience as a member couldve been a lot better and handled more
