Lol don't waste your time in the drive through, I would give this rating a 0 if I could. There was about 3 people inside and I sat at the drive through for about 10 min. I was trying to be patient because as someone who has worked in the food industry prior, serving in house and drive through I understand it's a little busy especially while understaffed. However, I was not even acknowledged, even after trying to speak to the person on the other end. Now if the drive thru is closed, just put a sign up stating that so I'm not wasting my time sitting there. If this establishment is so understaffed, they are not able to tend to in house and drive thru patrons...close one then.

Terrible. I've given up on this place. The subs have barely any toppings on them and they look thrown together. There was mustard all on the outside of the bread twice in a row . They were out of something and we couldn't get a refund at the store. Have contacted the app customer service and no response. I want a refund for the cold pretzel with table salt and the missing churro! Ridiculous.

I ordered curbside delivery and they let my order sit in store and refused to bring it to me. I had to go in and get my own order. Defeating the purpose of curbside delivery. My toasted sub was now cold and they refused to remake it or accept any fault for not delivering the order as I ordered it. Refused to answer the phone and management wouldn't address the issue. REFUSE TO PROVIDE SERVICE AT THIS RESTAURANT.

You figure going to this restaurant would be pretty basic and happy because all it is is making a sandwich but sometimes walking into a place where they don't really seem like they wanted you to be there in the first place makes you feel unwanted. I got it and much rather like anybody to be paid to do nothing but the reality is that's not how the world works so just smile do what you got to do even if it's the bare minimum and get people out of your face if that's your desire. It took her a bit through conversation to make the sandwiches but eventually we were allowed to leave LOL

me and my mom LOVED the food we loved the seating and how it was set up. When we went up the employees listened and got our order PERFECT.

Waited at drive through and was not helped, once inside Employees did not care about orders or customers in store. More focused on there friend's who were in the establishment. No one in front of us but waited 10 minutes to be served, one sub took almost 15 minutes to make because employee kept stopping to talk. The actual food was dirty and not kept clean. We only ended up getting the one sub because of the wait and how disgusting the food bar looked, as someone with allergies to certain things seeing everything mixed and thrown around was horrible. 0 starts if it was possible.

Made pick up order wrong while making their own sandwich. The person who was obviously new kept shouting questions to the person eating. Both very young. And while not rude not very welcoming either. Over all not a great experience. Which is a shame because I really am a fan of the franchise when they got it together.

The person that assisted me tonight with my call in order was rude and did not use gloves. Even those in line were just so surprised. I will never use this location againAlso when we paid extra for various toppings. We did not receive them. So upset and disappointed!!!This place needs new management!!

Awful experience!!! ? I ordered on the app 9/2/23 to get my points and BOGO SPECIAL for 4 subs. They were closed!! This was my family dinner. It was a busy day and too late to cook. I Spent my last on this meal so it was a bummer I was charged immediately on The Subway App. You guessed it…. No dinner that night. The app and Google showed they were supposed to be open. Other establishments automatically cancel orders that aren’t confirmed picked up so I was waiting on my $40 + refund. Never received it. I visited the store, since then, to request my refund. Manager was not in but the employee on the clock called her for me and collected all the details from my order to issue the refund. I still haven’t received it to this day. I’ve called numerous times and no one answers the phone. I recommend calling before placing your order online. It is not reliable.
