Absolutely trash , none of the worker ever get the order right ! I order a chicken cantina burrito and they literally give me nothing but lettuce and tomato’s with sauce , who in this earth just want a burrito like that from Taco Bell, yall worker are just like the food absolutely trash ! The unprofessionalism from the drive-thru experience can only be expressed as a comedy show. I literally had to laugh at the way they thought it was appropriate act/talk to a paying customer on 3/10 at 8:30pm. I'm a general manager of a fast casual restaurant myself and truly believe sometimes places have bad days or bad nights and you should never judge a place on one experience but this isn't the first time and when going to the reviews I can't find that a lot of other people feel the same way. I hope this message reaches the right person because obviously the restaurant lacks management, accountability and leadership.

Spent 70 dollars on food and only got half of my order, some items I did receive wasnt what I ordered; and when I went back to get the missing items they claimed to be out of everything and just come back the next day. Night shift was highly unpleasant and unprofessional dealing with.

The taco bell on St. James Ave has really been awesome! We tend to stop there sometimes after work to pick up a mobile order and the food has always been hot, exactly what we want, no issues, the service is great and they are always very nice. Also, their drinks are always on point! Some of the best, Dr. Pepper and Baja blast!
I've pretty much given up on this location. Everytime I order it's either wrong, cold, or something is missing. It ends up costing more than it should for bad quality. This TB location turned me off eating Taco Bell for a long while and then, on a whim, I decided to go back because I was craving it and once again I was disappointed yet again. I know this is not every TB but, if correct, hot, and an order with everything accounted for is to much to handle after 7pm, maybe think about closing early. Especially if I'm out $30.

I don’t know how this place stays in business. Every time I forget how poorly this place is run and try to eat there, they are out of the ingredients required to make the food they advertise. I understand that might happen once in a while at any place, but it happens all the time here. Maybe the franchise owner should reconsider their management.
i was having a rough night, they got my order in 2 minutes all while having 3 items. the employees were so sweet and had such amazing attitudes. definitely made my night so much better!

At 11:09PM on 10/26/23 I ordered a steak quesadilla ( which they use chipotle sauce not the correct sauce that goes on a quesadilla) . Also, I'd order two steak taco supreme's no lettuce ( in the tacos were only steak and cheese). I ordered cinnamon twist which was stale. Before I pulled out the parking lot I'd checked my bag. The tacos were wrong and I didn't noticed that the quesadillas had the wrong sauce until I got home. I live far. That's not the part that I'm worked up about it's the customer service. It's terrible. This isn't my first time here but my second time that I've witnessed such disturbing behavior. The attitude when I wanted the order to be done right. The manager Julissa hung the phone up on me when I told her about the order. Then when I came back to get my order refunded the cook comes to the window to argue about how he made my order right and that I was lying. Unbelievable. I will not be coming to this location ever. Rude people.

Got the wrong order again. 7 out of 9 items were wrong. Very rude. After waiting for 35 minutes, the guy that was supposed to be correcting my order said he had other pressing items. Ended up leaving without my food and without a refund.

Came to this location around 12 on a Friday night. Two cars in front of me, no line. Waited for my food until 12:45 as I watched three different coworkers stand around, doing nothing but talking and tossing around a paper ball in the air. Soon as they decided to actually do their job, I got my food. Ridiculous.
Asked for tacos Supreme no sour cream and the bill was 35 dollars and guess what I got sour cream.
