Food is good. I can't necessarily call it great but that shouldn't keep anyone from trying it. The mobile order site offered curbside, but no one answered the phone. It was only a minor inconvenience to walk in. I have no problem with that. I just prefer that a business hold true to whatever options it offers.

At this time, they have resolved the issue of taking money for the order not fully received.Update as of 3/28/22*reduced to 1 star from 2 due to failure to communicate. *Emailed from two different email addresses, including this one. Aside from the automated system, never heard back. Nor did I hear back from Josh. Not very strong in customer service. Won't recommend to others.Ordered two grilled cheese kids meals. Neither had fries when brought to the table. Opened the "sandwiches" only to discover inside out buns with cold cheese in the middle.Went to the counter to ask if they actually have bread for sandwiches, the cashier looked at the sandwiches amd agreed they looked gross. I asked for the fries, we got one order for two kids meals. No manager on site. She called him to inquire if she could just do a refund and said the manager, Josh, would have to call back. I'll update if that happens. Other than that, first impression is a lasting impression. 6.50 per kids meal and we couldn't even eat the "sandwiches". Didn't even get our whole order. I have gone 3 times and each time had a different issue. First time they lost my order and after mutiple reminders I got my food 70minuits later. Next time was 2 months later with family when they messed up my mother's order 3 times. We politely asked for corrections and it came back the same way each time. The third time was today where I asked for a Buffalo chicken sandwich Chrispy fried no ranch/ mayo or veggies. The first time put mayo and veggies on it and did a grilled breast. Thry replaced it with a northern grilled sandwich but atleast with no mayo this time. There staff is often absent and while polite when in conversation difficult to get out front to order/ correct an order. I honestly do not recomend anyone go here. The pros is they have great milkshakes and burgers. The cons as horid order accuracy and communication to get these items.

My friend and I decided to get a milkshake, and they were fast yes. But the place needed to be cleaned. In our milkshake there was a hair IN the shake. This was not my hair or my friends hair, we are both bleach blonde. The floor was sticky and the trash was not taken out. They grabbed the metal cup out of a drawl with many different things. The cup looked gross and looked like it had leftover shake in it. The milk was in this coke fridge and the fridge looked moldy. After he grabed a spoon off the counter and scooped the milkshake into the cup. The outside also looked abandoned. I am willing to change my review if the mistake is resolved.

So badly wanted to like this place. It is extremely dirty, your feet stick to the floor with every step. The tables were all extremely sticky and still covered in food. We ran to the car to grab wipes bc I was literally afraid to see what they would wipe the table with if we asked them. We ordered our meals, mine with Mac and cheese bites, his with tots and my sons with fries. Everything was old and you could tell the grease had not been changed in some time. His poor tenders came out black. I ordered the cheesy burger and it was literally served in a pile of grease when I opened the wrapper. We will not be coming back especially seeing as how we spent almost $40 for the little bit of absolutely awful food we got. I feel like it won’t be long before this place is shut down.

I went here yesterday for the first time ever and was not impressed. From having to wait 40 mins for 2 meals to Having to add 3 quarters of Unsweetened tea to my sweet tea because it hay Way too much sugar in it. I probably won’t be back.

My wife and went twice to the Way Back Burgers on a military installation twice in the last two years. Each time we went to the place; the inside is filthy; from floors to ceiling and the seating areas. The intakes looks filthy. Also; I’ve been trying to call corporate since Saturday and all day today. No one picks up, or screens their “voicemail”. I will be getting in touch wish the military installations Preventative Medicine Staff; who are located on the same installation. No one should have to eat inside in the conditions I described.

The food is okay; however, the place is disgusting. The tables are a little less sticky than the floors, but that's not saying much. I thought my shoes were going to pulled off my feet with every step.
Burger and shake were perfect. I had the cheesy burger and a brownie shake.

I got the chicken sandwich and it was hands down one of the worst things I've ever eaten in my life. I couldn't make it past two bites. You can pay the same amount at Boxcar Betty's and get sandwich 10x better.

Waited over 30 minutes to get 2 burgers and onion rings. While the hamburger patty had good flavor, the meat was so greasy that I had to throw out the bottom bun. It was soaked with grease and very unappetizing.

We went for a Sat dinner, small kids. Somewhat slow considering very few ppl inside. It's a bit uncared for as far as upkeep. Toilet paper rolls were empty with TP on top of toilet. Paper towel holders were empty for quite a few tables around us and we had to find it. The toilet seats were covered in urine (my 5yo has to put her hands on the seats still so I had to help). I think they were busy and not enough staff to help out.Food wise my husband and son ordered burgers. Thought they were pretty good. I had a Ceasar salad and it was maybe 2 outta 5. The croutons were super good. But the fork was too flimsy to break thru them. Dressing was gross. Reminded me a bit of that fruit dressing you get from Hibachi restaurant. Not my preference. I added grilled chicken and that reminded me of grilled shitake mushrooms, texture wise.My husband said that's what I get for ordering a salad at a burger place. So I'd recommend getting the burgers there.

Got an order if tater tots and they only give you 7 for 3 dollars. Ordered a double bacon burger and it's supposed to come with 4 pieces of bacon. They only put 2 pieces of bacon on it and I paid for extra bacon. The chicken sandwich tasted like old grease and the didn't look at the instructions, got no lettuce or Mayo on it. Ordered extra sauces for dipping and didn't get those either. The Mac n cheese bites were good tho.
