The manager was highly disrespectful to her employees in front of the customers. Another customer even told her to stop and she looked at the customer, rolled her eyes, and kept working. She doesn't have the patience to be a manager, let alone teach someone that's new. Especially during a busy time. The cashier had to keep apologizing to the customers for her manager's behavior. She clearly can't handle a manager's position and clearly doesn't enjoy working for your company so do everyone a favor and promote her to a customer. Hire more people like your cashier. If that was my son working there, and she was talking to him like your manager spoke to them, you'd have a lawsuit on your hands. Respect goes a long way. I will no longer be stopping at this wendys fir frosties or ice cream everytime I do it's never ice cream or frosty it's always soft if I wanted a smoothie I would've went to the smoothie shop down the road.!!

I went to this Wendy's at 5:30, and the man who took my order was very patient and delivered my heavily modified order perfectly. My food was very tasty and the atmosphere was very calm and clean. The service was very fast. 4/5 seems like a harsh review it was more like a 9/10! I would definitely recommend it!

Took forever for someone to acknowledge customers were standing at the front counter. Then, upon ordering, it took over 20 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches and a fry. Even doordash drivers were there waiting for orders that had already been placed and not ready. When asked about the app so I could scan my app QR Code, the cashier had no idea what I was talking about. Horrible. Wont be a patron again. Deleted app as well.

My daughter is a picky eater and typically will only eat if it’s Wendy’s as of lately and this one happens to be closest to home. Well nearly every time we go in the evening, the system is down, or they only take cash or they only take card AND you’ll wait 30+ minutes for COLD food. The evening crew there is by far the worst staffing an establishment could have. Never during the day time does the establishment have any of these issues but I’ve noticed a pattern with restaurant problems and certain employees. Such a disaster.

I literally just waited in line for 20 minutes when only 2 cars moved ahead of me, just to be told that only cash payments were being taken. I’m sorry but fast food doesn’t take 20 minutes unless you are packed and there were only 6 cars ahead before I was even able to try and order and no inside service.
