Great food. Brought my 3 grandchildren and a friend for ice cream. I had a hot fudge sundae, son in law had ice cream and husband had turkey club combo. Take home salad for my daughter. Everything was awesome.

Dayshawn was really busy with customers coming in and out to get lots of different things yesterday. He. was so patient while i was deciding on what to get for my family. I got a couple sundaes,and some medium cups. Everything was a 10/10 even down to the customer service! if he isn’t in charge of something, he definitely should be!

Ordered online through DoorDash. They gave the order to the wrong delivery driver. When the right person came to get the order, they refused to remake it. Over $100 gone. No remorse for anything. Customer service has to be more of a priority.

Aubry was extremely rude and seemed like she couldn't be bothered to take our order. My boyfriend ordered hot chocolate and she said they didn't carry it. When he asked why it was in the menu then she went " oh were out" seriously? She then proceeded to ask multiple other employees if they had it and all of them just laughed like we asked the dumbest question. Really should have drove to the Summerville location, they are much more friendly.
