I went to place an order and I felt very unwelcomed by staff and the manager. I will not return this place.

The food here was delicious & I would absolutely try it again when back in Greenville. The only downside was that the service was VERY slow. We were the second group in the restaurant after they opened for the day and it took 15 minutes to see a waitress, and that was only after another table asked if anyone could help. We ate chicken & kofta kebabs and du piaza.

A small place in Downtown Greenville. Probably the only spot serving authentic Afghan cuisine. Had the Jalla and Ferni as desserts and the Chickpeas and Pulau for the main course. It's a bit different different than other Central/East Asian cuisines, with a different set of spices, mild but tasty. The naan was particularly very fresh and complimented with the Bulani (potato crepes) dish well. The Pulau had dark red kidney beans with it. Jalla comes with three small scoops of ice cream topped with vermicelli rice noodles, and Ferni is a milk based dessert, both must try. Quite affordable, and you get to sit Afghan style at the table with your legs folded.
Their food was amazing!! I loved the lamb kebabs and the rice combo. Wifey had chicken kebabs with rice and they were amazing! Add naan, that comes with butter. A piece of naan with butter and add on the meat, finally dip in the green chutney ? Jalla desert was so yummy! And the ending with their sheer chai was the best ❤️Parking: They have their own parking lot in the back.

Spices, herbs, seasonings, I was completely blown away by how flavorful the sauce was. Truly made me realize how little seasoning other places I've eaten this week have. The baklava were smaller than anticipated but so delicious, the right notes of sweet and nutty.

The food quality of this restaurant is topnotch! The Mantoo is a must try item. It's too good. The Bolani Bread and Chutney are great too. I found their Chicken Kabob above average.I would give this restaurant 5/5, but I felt I really shouldn't. Although the lady who served the food was nice, but we found the behavior of the lady at the counter inappropriate towards us, which was quite disappointing.
