Mofongo was good, definitely lacking garlic for my taste, but overall good food and vibrant and fun atmosphere

Asada is one of the best restaurants in Greenville! They feature a Latin American fusion cuisine that's both creative and delicious. Their menu features seasonal and local produce and high quality protiens. For brunch, you can't go wrong with the breakfast burrito! The Korean pork burritos are also amazing. I was most surprised by the burger which features a slab of fried cheese and yucca fries - unexpectedly delicious!!! The sangria is offered in 2 flavors and we all loved the tropical sangria best. There's not much seating so we usually order to go.

Great food. Seems to be always crowded and now we know why. Opted for a normal taco. Was worried 1 was enough... It was. Their steak is awesome as our friend got it. Will definitely come again.

Food is fantastic! You might have a bit of a wait depending on when in the day you go because everyone has realized how amazing this place is. Asada gives high quality food with a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. I assume they will outgrow their current location shortly. Such a gem!Parking: Small lot

The “Nicaraguan Style Churrasco” is a solid choice for anyone looking to enjoy a flavorful meal. This dish features slices of tri-tip that have been marinated and grilled to perfection, making the steak both tender and rich in flavor. The addition of home-made chimichurri sauce adds a nice touch of herbs and freshness, enhancing the meat without overpowering it.Served alongside the steak is a seasoned white rice and an Escabeche Salad. This salad is a mix of choclo (Peruvian corn with large kernels), jicama, red onion, and palmitos (heart of palms), all drizzled with a unique home-made roasted beet vinaigrette. The combination of these ingredients provides a lovely contrast in textures and flavors, from the crunchiness of the jicama to the earthy sweetness of the beet vinaigrette.Overall, this dish does a great job of balancing different flavors and textures, resulting in a meal that’s enjoyable from the first bite to the last. It’s definitely worth trying for those who appreciate a well-prepared steak with a side of refreshing salad. Highly recommended for a tasty and satisfying dining experience.
Extremely high-quality, delicious food. This is not a typical taco joint where the food comes out in 2 minutes and you can feed 2 of your kids with one giant greasy quesadilla. I like those places too. Just know it's not one of those before coming here. The draw isn't cheap, fast, low-quality food, but rather decent portions of high-quality, unique takes on Latin food. If that's interesting to you, you're going to be happy. Great place.

We hadn't been in like forever, but picked a great time to go: we got there around 1:30 Saturday afternoon, just after the lunch crowd was finishing up, I suppose, because the parking lot was otherwise packed, and we got a newly opened space.I had the Breakfast Burrito, and my wife had the Japanese Savory Pancake. My Burrito was fantastic: a lot of good flavor and texture (I liked the chips as well); my wife shared a bite of hers, which was quite good as well.Parking: Parking's a bit tight.

This place rocks! They have an incredible selection of Latin American foods to choose from, all prepared to perfection. The service was next level as well. We felt very well taken care of, and my wife's gluten-free request was handled with special care. We'll go back again and again!Dietary restrictions: They handle gluten-free with extra care!
