First time there, small issue with my food...BUT, the manager and server were so gracious. They more than made up for it with their understanding and dessert. It's great to see service like this in this day and age.Everything was delicious and they have great staff. We'll be back!

First time here andnhad the Mediterranean pizza. Super flavor and a great crust that wasn't greasy at all. I had a slice of a Buffalo chicken pizza and that was great too. Very flavorful Buffalo sauce.Great staff too.

My family and I had a disappointing dining experience at Basilico . When we arrived, we were seated near a large party of 20 who had just returned from a wedding, creating a loud and chaotic atmosphere. It took an unusually long time our food to arrive, and when it did, it was overly cheesy and not very appetizing. To make matters worse, when we were ready to pay the bill, our waiter was not attentive and had her back turned towards us, forcing us to go to the counter to pay upfront. Overall, the lack of service and subpar food made for a less than enjoyable evening at Basilico.

This was our second visit to Basilico within a month. The food is fabulous and the service is exceptional. We had the same waitress, Marlene, both times. My wife had the baked spaghetti both times and she is hooked. I had the Diablo Seafood Alfredo and the Shrimp Alfredo. Both were great. We will be back.
I have been wanting to try this place. It’s was delicious! We started with a sampler appetizer, which was good. Then we received our salads and I ordered the Lobster ravioli. The food was amazing! The service was amazing. Given the chance, I will definitely be back.Parking: Very small parking lot

My husband and I had the absolute best experience this evening celebrating Valentines Day just a day late! My husband and I used to live across the street, but moved a couple of years ago and haven’t been able to stop by for their amazing cuisine in a while.I must say the Food was absolutely amazing! I had the Lasagna and my husband had the shrimp Alfredo! Both were very delicious. For dessert we had the strawberry cheesecake! (My favorite by far)This is actually my favorite restaurant to dine at, and I miss living so close to eat here! Now it’s an amazing treat/date night for us! Id highly recommend Basilico to anyone!!!!

Complete Udder nonsense got put on the waiting list and was told 20 minutes ended up taking 50 minutes and we were sorted after multiple people who came in way later than us, the service wasn’t good in the beginning , shouldn’t even have had to wait that long, be wary.

On a day trip & Me & MY Bestie decided to grab a bite.. (Her Recommendation). The food was so delicious! The service was on point & lunch menu was Price & Portion friendly! Definitely will be going back.No pictures.. but I had the Spaghetti & meatballs.. & Bestie had a chicken dish.Parking: The shopping center shares parking. So 6 or 7 stores share a lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level and double doors.
