Our concern is that this issue has happened in both of the latest times we have visited but this latest visit was worse than the last. When we placed an order for a certain menue item it came back on both occasions as a different meat preference entirely. The issue was fixed the first time on the first visit and we just brushed the issue off as a simple misunderstanding and was happy nonetheless. This last visit had the same thing happen, ordered same as last time, meat preference was wrong. When the order was returned they changed the item to the correct meat preference but as a different style of sandwich. At this point we were a bit disappointed and asked for a menu to confirm what was ordered and we were told that what we are now asking for was not what we said when we first ordered. When the order was finally correct it was still missing one ingredient. Afterwards when the bill was given to us, out server disappeared so we had not choice but to grab our own "take-out" trays instead of waiting. This is a great place with great people and food but we were very disappointed with today's service.
