Went last night and it was disgusting. I looked at reviews before coming and gave it a shot. So many reviews are like Ally is great, well tonight Ally was not great. She’s flat out rude and disregarded our complaint about the beer. Beer tasted like the taps haven’t been cleaned. The grilled oysters would make your stomach turn. Those pathetic excuses for oysters for a place with oysters in the name is ridiculous. Ribs were trash I mean the sauce was terrible it was mostly bones and what is with the two pickles and two pieces of raw onion on top? Prime rib sandwich Trash! Just a sub par piece of meat on bread that’s it. I see a lot of people keep this place going but honestly this place should be on kitchen nightmares it’s so far from being decent. This is easily one of Greenvilles worst restaurants. I’m glad I know better now and won’t be paying ridiculous prices for awful food and service. Think I’m being harsh? What was harsh was paying as much as we paid for garbage food and service. They won’t have to worry about seeing me or my family again.

Enjoyed this quaint, Old World restaurant. My husband and I were here on Monday, 2/12. Paul had seafood cakes, which were very good. I had the Oyster Stew, not as good as mom's was, but definitely a close second. Our server, Sophie, was wonderful. Will definitely return.

One of my favorite restaurants of all time in greenville, south carolina. Charlie and his staff Always offer the best food and atmosphere in a restaurant in greenville for sure.We had a great valentine's dinner there. And they accommodated us very quickly even on the busiest day of the month.
