Ordered through doordash early this morning, even though there was a little hiccup, whoever was in charge made sure my food was fresh and right and made sure I was good! AMAZING customer service and that man deserves all the stars. I had a great breakfast and a good start to the day because of the amazing service.

I haven't eaten at Bojangles in years, but I wanted something quick, so I reluctantly decided to give it another try. Wish I hadn't because the image of what was given to me is permanently burned in my brain. Never ever ever again will I cast a shadow in such a shady, disgraceful example of what American fast food has degraded itself to become.

My wife and I went to this location because it’s the closest one to our house we went in to eat and came to the counter the lady at the screen started out rude would not answer our questions we ask for meal but the one that we ask for wasn’t considered as a meal she said it didn’t come with a drink and that she didn’t know what we wanted her to do as we was still trying to order she finally added our drinks we asked for the Bo rounds and mashed potatoes she said the didn’t have Bo rounds then one of the workers came from the back also with an attitude and rudely said we don’t have mashed potatoes here I will NEVER go back to this sorry restaurant location again if you can’t handle the job you are HIRED to do leave

I NEVER DO REVIEWS BUT THIS CERTAIN Bojangles is PATHETIC!! Their atmosphere and their service don't deserve any stars whatsoever. Today was the 4th time in the last 2 weeks that they can't get a simple order right(I'm the only customer there). I ordered Cajun sandwich combo meal. Dude even repeated the order back to me. I get my food and before i leave i check it and wrong again. Tried to giveme the biscuit combo. So i tell em the mistake and he tells me to pull up and they'll bring it out. Got home 5 mins later and reach for my sandwich and what do ya know...THE SANDWICH IS COMPLETELY COLD. t's not a guess or an opinion, it's a fact..the workers there are str8 up LAZY. They have no sense of work ethic or customer service. I've worked in fast food for over 15 years easiest job there is. But these "workers" are not workers at all. I advise everyone to not go to this bojangles.

I sat at the drive thru for over 10 minutes with nobody ahead of me. The restaurant was clearly open with employees inside. Very disappointing.
Their night crew is ridiculous, absolutely rude and don't want to work. Would rather just get paid for turning down customers once they're in the last hour stretch before they get off. Do not recommend.

Customer service is horrible at this location!! I waited in the drive thru and no one answered.. So I decided to go in and standing there is a young lady with a headset on in her phone.. She didn’t even greet me..Another thing I noticed there wasn’t any food up so I didn’t know where the food was being stored..The only thing the crew was worrying about was cleaning up and this was at 7:20pm.. It’s truly a shame what customer service is now!
