I took my boyfriend here for some good fish. I don't like fish so he doesn't get to eat it a lot. He was greatly impressed with the atmosphere, the food, and the staff explaining everything we had questions about. Will definitely be going back.

Always have looked forward to dining here. Wednesday at 530 tobeat the rush. As always bang bang shrimp did not disappoint. Appetizer calamari was overcooked and rubber. Mahi and shrimp entry wad wood fired and burnt to a crisp. I do not send meals back so ate what I could and left the rest. So disappointed in what used to be such a great place. The dining side had less than 15 folks while we were there, and now I understand why. Sorry Bonefish you used to be such a great place for dinner.

Came here on a Saturday night and were seated within 15 min. Everything looked great, the menu is clear and the atmosphere was nice. Waiter comes to get our drinks order but unfortunately, drinks didn’t come until 10 min later, after flagging him down for an additional reminder. He brings my husband’s bear but doesn’t bring my drink and had to remind him again.Food was great, awesome flavor and good quantity. The only downside is that we never got the appetizer we had order although it had been prepared, as the waiter told us.Check came wrong the first time as they had double charged us for my drink.Overall, great food, great fish quality, average service. There are better places to go in the area.

I took my wife here for dinner shortly after Christmas. The meal and service were good. In January, I received an email from my credit card company asking if I had intentionally left a 45% tip after this meal. I had left a $7.00 (18%) tip but was charged $17.00. I called and explained what happened to the manager. I waited on the phone while he supposedly corrected the charges. I never received the credit to my card. I will not return to this restaurant.

UPDATE !! FILLED OUT THEIR FORM 4 weeks AGO AND STILL HAVEN’T HEARD FROM ANYONE.,,,, SHOCKING !! (NOT REALLY!)Terrible service and food. Sat for about 20 minutes before anyone came over to take our drink order. Ten minutes later , we got our drinks. They were not busy and had about 5 tables with customers, including us. We ordered the TEMPURA CRUNCH SASHIMI TUNA as an appetizer which is supposed to be a pan seared sushi quality tuna. The Tuna was ICE cold and looked like it had been pan seared the day before. Pan seared tuna is ALWAYS pan seared prior to serving, so that it is somewhat warm , not ice cold and literally at the edge of frozen. I ordered the Grouper special and my wife ordered the Mahi Mahi Schrimp combo. The Broccoli on both plates was way over cooked to a point where it was so soft/mushy that it wouldn't even stay on your fork. My wife's Mahi Mahi , which looked like it came out of a vacuum packed wrapper based on the shape of it , was totally over cooked and dry. Her shrimp was also way overcooked. My Grouper was about 5 inches long and about 2 inches wide and looked like a small cylinder, which was also overcooked. Not what Grouper fillets look like folks and for $30, I'd expect a much larger fillet. The pic attached is what a Grouper fillet should look like. The Risotte was the only decent thing on the plate. The waitress was very nice , but wasn't around much and seemed to spend more time at a table next to us with an older single gentleman, along with another waitress. Why two waitresses were hanging out at the same table is beyond me and basically ignoring us. He must be a regular that comes in 5 times a week. Anyway , we are not the type of people to complain or leave reviews for that matter,BUT we are getting a little tired of paying higher prices for bad service and bad food. Let me guess , can't find anyone to work and your short staffed ?? That excuse is getting really old too. Haven't been to a Bonefish grill for several years , but what I do remember is that bonefish grill used to be on the upper end of quality seafood restaurants, but apparently not any more. We were pretty excited to go to Bonefish for dinner since we left Florida a few years and the bonefish down there was amazing , This one was pretty disappointing.Just a Follow Up. Filled out their “form “ 3 days ago and haven’t heard a thing back. Which is fine , because we are not looking for or accepting any freebies , coupons etc , but needed to let folks know about this Bonefish Grill.

Everything was really good. I was excited to try this new place for my birthday lunch.I ate the parmesan crusted rainbow trout with broccoli and fried for my side. I love the fish, the broccoli had a good flavor to it and even the fries we're nice and crispy.Our server had the bar and a section of tables and still managed to give good service. I forgot his name, but a guy with a shaved head and tattoos on his arms.
