Server was not so great. We had to ask another waitress for our drinks and our waitress never checked on us. The people with me one ordered a salad and new received it until our dinner was served and we told her just to cancel it and take off the bill. But then she processed to bring it out anyways. She didn't understand our language very well and had to repeat a couple of times our order when we was placing it. Other than that food was delicious as always.

Food was pretty good, got rotten lettuce in the salads and my side caesar salad was 1/4 the size of my mom’s side garden salad. Steak was cooked to order, and I got the Monte Cristo and it was great. Will definitely be back.

Decided to do cheddar’s and was a pretty good experience. We got the ribs and split them and it was plenty! Service was ok and the croissants covered in honey are fantastic!!

There was a lack of teamwork today! My party of 4 was seated and waited 40mins before the waiter was able to come take our drink order. A guy (I’m assuming the manager) brought us croissants and cheese bites as a courtesy. Our waiter had a party and she seemed to struggle. Instead of someone jumping in to at least take the drink order everyone walked by. I saw some team members on their phones. Once the food finally came it wasn’t fresh. Everything tasted like it was sitting under a warm light. I had to send my steak back as it was well done and dry. Usually I have a great experience but today the entire staff fell short!

Service. So my date asked the hostess if we could have another table versus the one he was placing us at and he acted clueless as to what to say and gazed off into space and said "ahhhhhhhhh." We finally said forget it, we'll sit here (the original table). Now, the waiter was outstanding and je took good care of us by asking us all the right questions with a smile!!!

My family and I ate at your establishment over the weekend. We called ahead for a party of 18. Miss Jazmin set us up and we were seated promptly. Our server was Miss Amber and she was absolutely AMAZING from the jump. Her smile, personality, and attitude is beautiful. She got all of our drinks even asked my mother for her ID for her beverage and it made my mothers day. My grandmother has dementia and she and Tron were very tentative and understanding to her needs. Miss Jazmin came and made sure were all good and made sure miss Amber wasn't too overwhelmed with our party plus her other table. Wonderful team work!! The rack of ribs, chicken tenders and tbone were all devine.If you want friendly conversation a pretty smile and a delicious meal where you "get a lot, for not a lot" head to Cheddar's and ask for miss Amber P.OUTSTANDING!! 12 OF 10 ⭐ for me

Of course you know it's gonna be a wait when your on woodruff rd, been to this establishment pretty frequently. We'll this particular time it was my son's 12th birthday, so we were finally seated gotvour drinks were told that our server was on her way. Ok great we waited a whole 20 minutes for the same lady to come back take our, she was very friendly though so of course we tipped her. Well she was like well I ask my manager if it's ok to give him a slice of cake since it's his birthday and everything was crazy. Ok sure no problem. You know this guy told her no he never came out to even apologize about a wait. But instead he wanted to stand at the door and micro manager his staff. He could have helped his waitress. But this just reminds me again why we eat at home.

Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair friendly.Also walker friendly but be careful because their flooring that isn't carpet can seem slick. I think it's what they use to mop with or something.
