Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. Ordered drinks then proceeded to watch guy that took our order wait on everyone at bar then do everything but make our drinks. Then took a while to come take our order which then got lost or something. People who were seated after us got food 20min before we did. Although the enchilada meal I got was good the service was slooooooow. Waiter apologized and comped our chips and salsa.

This place is happening. During the late nights on some days they'll even have live music. The alcohol here is cheap as a mog. Our server was kind of ?? but honestly, they were super helpful and friendly. The staff here overall was just chill. Good is great. The dishes are not all made equal in terms of price/portion ratio, by far. Also get their World Famous Nachos if you have any sense to you.

The food was nothing like the Pictures on the website. Portions were small, and not very good. Overpriced. We had a party of 13 with a private room reserved for an engagement party. It was right next to the bar with a lot of loud drunks. Too many steps to get up to the place . Don’t know how all the drunk people got down them. Band was way too loud. Service SLOW. We all got served at different times. Some of were finished eating by the time others were just getting served! We got there at 7:00 and left at 9:00!! Mostly waiting on food. Waiter was confused and had no clue what he was doing. Total disaster. Sad for the bride and groom to be on their special night.Wheelchair accessibility: Not very good a ramp in the back of the restaurant.

Service was awesome. We got the wings with Caribbean bbq, the grouper plate and bbq bacon burger. They are fast even being a little short. Food is absolutely amazing. Very filling and good portions. 10/10 definitely

This place is alright at best, my friends and I dined here around 12:00ish on a Sunday, when brunch lines tend to be long. Not here though, it was empty. I ordered Shrimp and Grits, came with only 5 shrimp. The dish was $21. I wouldn't come back here. You could say it's Jamaican Inspired, but definitely not a Jamaican restaurantMy friend ordered the Jamaican Me Crazy Chicken Sandwich. It just tasted like a grilled chicken sandwich
Wow, I have never been mistreated like that! I can understand that for the bartender tonight it was his first night shift, but beyond the late service “He was “VERY RUDE” A Bartender with an attitude, I ask him for my detailed bill, because the bill that he gave me wasn’t clear and he gave me an attitude and make a whole thing about it, I told him the first time, don’t argue with me; I just telling you something; He send me “to sit” in the rudeness way” and I was already waiting for him, for a long time, (My friend was waiting to drive me back home) he went to talk to her manager; to help him to print the detailed bill. They left an unexperienced disrespectful kid alone and unsupervised the whole night, with a whole full bar of people!Managers need to hired better, not “Unprofessional Teenagers” that don’t not nothing about customer service and about how to handle people respectfully! When he gave me the bill he said “ here you go, bye” I told him, “you’re very rude” he started to scream in front of everyone “ Leave my Bar” I just left,,,;But then I thought…. what bar my little kid, you don’t know even know how to handle a bar” We drove all the way from Asheville tonight for Salsa night to have this unpleasant experience

Don't usually post negative thoughts but was disappointed. We frequent the TR location and it's amazing. We waited an overly long time for service and food. Drinks and food did not come out as described. Hope improvements in the works.
