I went to this location at around 5pm on 3/30/24. I was delighted when I walked in and saw that there was no line. I was promptly (and rather rudely) told that I had to order online. When I asked why, the employee just motioned to the empty ingredients bar with no further explanation. The past two times I have been to this location, the food has been less than satisfactory, so this experience was the final nail in the coffin for me. I’ll never spend another dollar here.
Really disappointed in this location after trying it 3 times. Consistently dirty, poor quality, and frustrating interactions with staff. This past time was the final straw and unfortunately we won’t return after a 25 min wait for a mobile order. Loyal fun of Chipotle and will just wait until the new location opens in TR.
