“Feng Cha is incredible! The shop is super cute and chic. The employees are extremely kind and helpful. They will walk you through the entire menu and make recommendations if it's your first time. We ordered the dirty boba and summer melon drinks and both were delicious! We also ordered the Oreo milk foam cake and it wasn't my thing, but if you like sponge cake you'll love it!“
“This place is legit. I stayed in the private room. Clean, contempo, and nicely appointed. Good location, walkable to food carts, the baseball stadium, and other downtown attractions. Only complaint is the 10 AM checkout time. Should be 11...“
“First time dining here. I would highly recommend. The Chef is from France. Very talented. She went to culinary school there. So you know the food will be to die for. The baker, she is very talented as well . The danishes r very fresh and to die for.“
“Love Scooters, my favorite coffee stop! Their drinks are consistent and yummy (I usually rotate between hot mocha, iced matcha tea latte, or vertigo smoothie.) The staff is AMAZING and great at making recommendations when I want to change things up. I leave Scooters in a better mood because their staff is just so friendly and fun. Their egg bites are 10x better than Starbucks. Customer loyalty rewards are a plus too!“
“Hands down the best little place for empanadas, desserts empanada puff pastries and drinks and the best pico hands down!! I really didn’t want to share but people need to try this fresh to order great service just a small slice of heaven in an up and coming part of “
“The duck logo is adorable. The donuts look like art. They're gorgeous. They arrived warm. I didn't personally like the taste of the donut itself but I do understand the appeal. Overall, definitely worth trying. My advice would be to order flavors that the bakery created. I went rogue and I think that's mainly where I went wrong with this order.“
“Discovering this bubble tea store was a pleasant surprise! The drinks are incredibly refreshing, and the boba pearls are cooked to perfection every time. With a wide variety of flavors to choose from and a friendly staff, it's definitely a must-visit for bubble tea lovers!“
“I loved everything about this BrewPub! The atmosphere and staff were very friendly and quick. The beer was delicious and different from other breweries- Maddy’s Way is a spicy Smokey delight! We also had delicious food from a kitchen take-over- Carnitas and chicken tacos. Will be back for sure!!“
“Cute place in downtown Greenville! My fiancé and I stopped by Saturday morning on our way through. They were fairly busy with line just about out the door, but we still were served rather quickly with great service. The shop was larger than we expected, especially with it being “underground.” The coffee was good, but it wasn’t anything out of this world. My fiancé got a raspberry white mocha with oat milk, and I got a hot mocha with oat milk. The milk was textured really well, especially for being Planet Oat, but I would probably get an extra shot next time. We would return for the atmosphere alone though.“
“I am not a big coffee drinker - but I love 7 Brew! Employees are always friendly and helpful, coffee is good (I usually get some kind of iced coffee - either the sugar free Blondie or sugar free Smooth 7), and service is fast so they get you in and out quickly. They usually have music playing, and employees seem to be enjoying themselves and it seems like a good environment to work in. Obviously as a customer you don't know everything that goes on behind-the-scenes with a business, but it just seems like a good, well-run business, and I'm glad to be able to support themParking: No real parking lot, you just go in and out“
“Ive been twice. The store is nice and clean and competitively priced. It's pretty good, and definitely preferred over Starbucks. I wish they had more sugar free options like 7 Brews, though. The staff have been very nice both times we've gone.“
“Though situated perfectly in a manufactured craftsman community, any other place may feel inauthentic…but for all the innate uppity-ness of high money, lululemon-wearing, Stanley toting, DILK patrons, Chestnut is a real coffee shop and very good one at that. Perfect Americano and every sweet drink is always good.“
“7 Brew is our favorite drive-thru coffee place. I LOVE LOVE LOVE all the sugar-free options. You have no idea how great it is to be able to create all kinds of drink combinations and not be limited to sf vanilla or sf hazelnut. We frequent 7 Brews often and will continue to do so. It's so much better than *cough cough* Starbucks.“
“Good coffee, good business plan, convenient location. Ask about their story and leave a generous tip to support the baristas! Throughly enjoyed my afternoon of work here!WiFi, roomy environment, indoor or outdoor seating, and good coffee at a reasonable price.“
“BEST COFFEE SHOP EVAAAA! Not only do they have sweet treats (and gluten free ones), but they also have such good coffee! The plants give me so much serotonin. People are happier when they are at village grind! Do you like plants, coffee, and have immaculate vibes? If you do, I’ll see ya at village grind!“
“Methodical coffee is some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. It’s so good that on occasion I’ve been known to frequent more than one Methodical shop in a single day. The pour overs are my favorite and I love that this location uses real cups and plates. Sadly I don’t live in GVL anymore but we still order Methodical beans for our home brewing because they can’t be beat! Bakery items are always delicious and I love the ambiance of this location. Great spot to people watch from the balcony. The baristas are awesome too! Especially Jon and Jennings!“
“Bright and cherry spot right on Main St but a little removed from the downtown hustle and bustle. Very clean...even the bathroom was so clean I wondered if they had any one use it. I was there on a Saturday afternoon and there was no line. But a steady stream of customers trickled in throughout my visit. I had a red bean slush, and it was excellent. I kind of see red bean as the litmus test for a bubble tea place as so many get it wrong. They also had a lot of non-dairy options. I'll definitely be back here next time I'm downtown.“
“I’ve been going to Royal Coffee a few times a week for the last couple months. I love this place. Super friendly staff and very affordable prices. I am a bit of a coffee critic haha but this is hands down the best coffee in the Greenville area. I even got my mom hooked on this place! I would recommend the salted caramel latte. Never disappointed and I look forward to going here in the morning. Always a great start to do the day :) Thank you!“
“I can not suggest the Kava as I do not have a taste for it, but I definitely suggest the coffee, it was very good and worth every penny. The patrons are quiet, and the atmosphere is very sedate. All in all, I do suggest it for anyone who enjoys a good espresso.“
“Just learned of this place and tried it for breakfast this morning. Service was great and the breakfast burrito was definitely not your typical "thrown together" breakfast burrito. Best I've ever had. Four stars for atmosphere b/c it was freezing inside. Otherwise great first visit. I'll be back.“
“Looked high and low for an authentic local coffee roaster cafe that makes a great espresso drink. I got the cappuccino w Almond milk and must admit that this is the best I’ve had in GVL and I’ve tried 4 other popular local roasted authentic coffee shops.Amazing coffee and super sweet barista“
“I love The Landmark Project Flagship Store and Methodical Coffee. My family are all National Park Geeks; we love all the top quality merchandise, the screen print T's, posters, stickers, patches, games, cards, candles etc. Each year I find unique gifts for family members; Christmas presents, stocking stuffers ? etc. for the outdoor enthusiast. I recently attended a candle making craft class and enjoyed learning a new skill. Great people, great products, even great coffee while you shop in an artistic atmosphere. If you've never been, I highly recommend a visit, if you haven't been in awhile, you should return often to see what's new, enjoy a coffee and support this local gem. Shop local!“
“The best espresso I’ve had since being in Colombia. Unlocked has the cozy, welcoming, Latin vibe I was looking for in GVL. They have gluten free options with traditional cheese bread baked fresh to boot.Dietary restrictions: So accommodating for the gluten free crowd!!! Run don’t walk!“
“I am so grateful that my favorite coffee shop close to home has a new home right down the street! Liquid Highway is a daily ritual for me and the coffee in the new spot does not disappoint! Plus, the muffins and scones are so yummy! If you haven’t stopped by, you should put this on your “must do” list! Oh! And the baristas are smart and talented and always smiling!“
“Very friendly drive thru coffee shop with great selection of bagels, danishes, and more. They even roast their own coffee which you can buy. Prices are better than other similar coffee drive thru’s. I have had there 20oz lattes and it was great!“
“Loved the vegetable quiche. Large selection of desserts. Can dine inside or eat at tables outside of the establishment. Food can be microwaved by request. Will have to visit again for dessert.Vegetarian options: There are a few savory dishes with no meat.“
“I've gone multiple times since it's convenient for when I drop off/pick up kids. My husband used to go all the time to sit and work, but it's gotten a bit too bustling (not a bad thing for the business). I will say, this place has THE BEST Ethiopian coffee I've ever had. We've splurged many times on buying the whole beans so we can have it at home, too.“
“This is such a charming coffee place. I got a vanilla cinnamon honey latte with almond milk. It was delicious and came in a nice mug and a pretty (and tasty) foam design. The coffee latte was inexpensive and a great size. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There were lots of seating options for individuals and groups. There were also sandwiches, muffins, and desserts to choose from. The bathrooms were clean and accessible. It was a tad noisy for studying, but headphones quickly fixed that. Overall, this was a wonderful spot and I will be returning soon :)“
“This place does coffee RIGHT. They are knowledgeable, friendly and have a keen awareness for quality. Every espresso beverage I’ve had here has been prepared perfectly. Amazing taste, temperature and presentation. If you want coffee that is prepared how it should be, by people who care, this is it!“
“Moxie Java is a hidden gem near the Haywood area that I stumbled upon during my morning coffee search. Despite working nearby, I had never noticed it before. The combination of a coffee shop and a TCBY ice cream yogurt spot might seem unconventional, but it surprisingly works well. The coffee is both delicious and affordable compared to larger chains. The cashier was incredibly kind and helpful, adding to the positive experience. I opted for the iced mocha with hazelnut flavoring, while my mom enjoyed a half and half Milky Way flavored hot coffee. It was the perfect start to our day. I would definitely recommend checking out this unique spot. Additionally, they offer sugar-free flavoring options and a variety of drinks like Italian sodas and hot chocolate for kids and non-coffee drinkers, making it a versatile and enjoyable destination for all. I'm already planning to come back to try their other drinks. Also, they do a punch card where you get one free drink after purchasing 10.Dietary restrictions: They have other milk options for people who are lactose and tolerant like oat milk or almond milk.Kid-friendliness: This spot is cute and colorful to take the kids that is not crowded like woodruff rd or downtown Greenville.“
“Needed a pie and wasn’t sure where to go since we just moved to the area!! I called The Bakery off Augusta and they were very accommodating! We needed the pie for the following day!! We got an apple pie!!! It not only looked beautiful but it was one of the best pies we ever had!! We will definitely be back! I will add their cakes and other baked items looked amazing !! TY SO VERY MUCH!Parking: There are 3 spots in front of the bakery and more parking in back and on the street as well.“
“A great coffee shop atmosphere, a lot of space inside and out, right next to the river and the falls. The coffee was great and I think they even serve ice cream! There can be a homeless contingent since this is a busy area. And when we walked in the door from the bank side the lady at the reception desk "reminded" us that the main entrance is on the other side. (As in, don't come this way!)“
“I’ve seen a lot of complaints about this store being for Pick Up only, especially that there’s no way to know that. However, you would have to try your hardest to NOT notice the multiple signs all over the windows, door, on the little sign outside… especially the huge lit up letters that say “PICK UP”. If you don’t realize you can’t order inside, that is not the employees fault. Also, just because there is a register there does not mean the employees should just let you order inside. They are not supposed to. They are only following rules. The register is only there to keep employees from getting yelled at by rude customers“
“Methodical Coffee in the Commons is such a terrific place to enjoy a coffee and treat on a beautiful day. They also offer a unique service where they will personalize a bag of coffee for a special occasion. I purchased a coffee grinder for a bridal shower gift and wanted to add something extra for the special couple. I found this service on their website and it turned out so nice! Can't wait to give them this unique gift!!“
“We wanted a quick breakfast after the outrageous over an hour wait at flying biscuits yesterday. Food came out quick. BEC sandwich was the best I’ve ever had. Staff was also great. Wish I had room to try their chocolate croissant. Will definitely stop by again if we visit Greenville again.“
“Staff was VERY friendly and accommodating to my food restrictions. They were generous in helping me adjust my order to my dietary restrictions and went out of their way to make sure I could still enjoy my meal. (Grain free) I loved the chia pudding (+ banana, honey, walnut, almond butter) and my Cafe au lait was yummy too. The atmosphere was cute, casual and cozy. Parking was abundant, easy and close. Nice touch: diapers in the bathroom for the mamas!“
“What a lovely experience...This Starbucks has plenty of parking, tons of indoor seating, and friendly customer service. My cafe misto was made just right and the sugar plum cheese danish was delish. I would love to give a shoutout to Josh, as he was super friendly, attentive and truly displayed excellent customer service. Keep up the good work guys!“
“This morning there was man outside I was going drive through and I always get it ice matcha and he told me to try it the new matcha lavender and said yes and he said I will love it and is the best one I love it I will definitely get it over and over again ? whoever came with idea was “
“Great coffee, great waffles, and great beer! Mt. Goat has my favorite coffee shop environment. It’s great for meeting up with friends, reading, or working! They have both indoor and outdoor (covered/shaded) seating and lots of natural light. I love the non profit they support as well (GOAT). They do great work for the youth in the community!“
