I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because while their customer service has always been subpar, this is the first time that it has been absolutely terrible.My wife and I had rough days so I asked her to pick up Cook Out on her way home from the store. She calls me back in tears. It was only her and one other car in the drive through but the staff kept rushing her order and telling her to hurry up. I have a usual order at cookout, and it tasted pretty much exactly as expected. ?There was a cute little seating area outside that we would have used if it wasn’t so cold out.Only difficulty was that the parking lot is tiny and not much turning room for large vehicles or ones that struggle turning.
