I remember when Dave and Busters first came out it was geared towards fun for adults I hadn't been in a few years and it's geared more towards children. The game's were lame and outdated.

The hostess and power card cashiers were very warm and welcoming (I hate that I forgot their names but we visted the evening on 4/3/2024). Our server, Riley was amazing-courteous, efficient, friendly. Even the manager, Ryan, came to check on us to make sure we were having a great experience. The food was great-fast, hot, and delicious. This was the best D&B's I've had in a very long time!

They had no DDR, but at least the Pump It Up can was in good condition and not yet updated to Phoenix. Atmosphere was good, came on a quiet Monday Night, did not eat there so can't talk about the food.Guest attending employees don't seem to know much about arcade games but very good at welcoming guests. There's a bit of a disconnect but I understand they're trying to make ends meet. Wish the best for them.

They have gotten rid of almost all of the regular games and most of them are ticket games now. It is just a money grab at this point for Dave & Buster's. Way to sell out!!!

Walked in wasn't busy at all, nobody greeted me and my husband we stood and waited for some one to come seat us nobody came or said anything so we turned around and walked out. First time ever going and I won't be back.

First time I've ever set foot in a Dave & Busters and none of the staff even looked our direction. Stood there waiting for any kind of acknowledgement for about 5 minutes and no one came up. The restaurant was open and there appeared to be a number of staff members not busy doing anything except looking at their phones.
Our waiter Angel was very nice and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked up on us often. We had a great a time and we enjoyed our food. And thank you Angel for being a great waiter. We will definitely be back and we will recommend to our friends and family.
