I spoke to the manager on duty and he literally blew me off about his staff but did credit my account $10. Good thing I can use it at another location bc I won’t be back to the one I’ve eaten at for years. It’s a shame the way people act these days.

This man answered my call for an order and got a smart mouth and hung up on me. He said “I am taking too long to order” even tho I was only on the phone for a total of 2 minutes. Horrible man, I’m taking my time and money to Papa John’s instead! Shameful!

Food was pretty good, left out the sauce. Guy at the window was.... OK to deal with. He kept saying they were busy, which I understand but all we did was say hello. Not sure why he felt the need to tell us they are very busy and to "be patient." We didn't mind waiting and said nothing to him besides "hello" and "thank you." Maybe he felt rushed from something/someone besides us? ?♂️Either way, we'll probably be back but it'll be awhile. There are much better options for the same $$ in Greenville.

I ordered my food at 6 o’clock. My food is ready by 6:18. I waited in line for about 15 minutes. Got off parked asked for my pizza because I ordered to pick up at the window and the guy at the window would not move or the manager didn’t even try to assist. Their service truly sucks. They lost me as a customer . FYI had the baby in the car!

This place is very rude I placed a order and told them to call because I have a dog in the yard they did call but automatically returned by order and canceled it I asked to speak to a manager because the guy was very very rude and he claims to be the general manager I hope no one ever orders from this man and apparently he needs Jesus but then hung up on me I work in the food industry so I know how to talk to people and that isn’t the correct way at all

Do not order your food here. You're better off going elsewhere. The staff are unprofessional. Everyone is high and spaced out. Non sanitary, I had a fly in my food. The legs were baked in the cheese. I contacted management. The problem never got fixed.
