DONT GO at 1930 when they close at 2000. They will not serve you as they have to clean the machines.

Ordered a toasted bagel and it was hard like it was frozen before they tried to heat it up. Poor quality on food. Coffee is not hot. Terrible location. I will avoid this.

They had me waiting when there was no line just a family waiting for their order and they didn’t even have half of the donuts they offer and the coolata was so bad..: not coming again.

My recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts on Woodruff Road, Greenville, SC, left much to be desired. The most significant issue was the lengthy 10-minute wait in line. This extended wait is simply unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on both the staff and the company's organization. Customers shouldn't have to waste their time due to understaffing or inefficiency. I hope Dunkin' Donuts addresses this issue promptly to improve the overall customer experience.

Saturday, 9:45am, walked into the Dunkin Donuts on Woodruff Rd, ordered a hot coffee and was told they couldn't sell it to me because, WAIT FOR IT....They were short on lids & had to save them for mobile app orders!! WHAT????? I was turned away on the spot from spending money at an establishment because someone with a mobile app, MAY order a coffee!! Poor management is an understatement at this location! Always short staffed and now, no lids! NEVER AGAIN!

When placing our order, the employee kept cutting us off before we could finish asking for what we wanted. Then when I left and opened my sandwich I saw that it was completely burnt and not edible. This was a horrible experience!

Whenever I went to drink my coffee I noticed alot of hair that was stuck all under the lid and coming out from it. I am glad I saw this before I actually took a sip . I have very long blonde hair so I know for a fact this was not my hair . I am very disgusted by this and I don't think I can ever eat or drink anything from a Dunkin Donuts again . ??

No reason to go back here! A Dunkin that does not make coffee cake or choco chip muffins for the breakfast rush? A coffee cup that does not have a tight enough lid to stop coffee from leaking out the top while driving? Only the drive-through at 7AM?
