I love Firebirds! The Philly cheesesteak eggrolls are my favorite appetizer. My steak is always cooked to perfection, and I'm not sure what they do to their mushrooms, but they are amazing! Great atmosphere and service as well.

I didn’t give 5 stars because of the hostess and management (Matt).Upon walking in the door, we were smiled at by a hostess who asked how many, then suggested a booth bc it was the best thing to “trap our kids in”. I let her know that they weren’t animals and didn’t need to be “trapped”. Standing beside her was another hostess and behind her was a manager. Nobody said anything. For reference our kids are 2 and 3. They sat quietly as they always do, bc they’re used to going out to eat and being in public/social settings. My husband and I couldn’t shake the comment and asked for a manager. To our surprise, he was the one standing behind the lady that made the comment. He admitted to us that it was an off put comment and that he didn’t know why she said it. But honestly, he didn’t seem too phased or bothered by it. So I let him know that coming from 1 black woman to another, just bc she sees multiple kids, it’s rude and can be seen as racist.Going along, our waitress Katie was amazing. Our food was good. And service was fast/efficient.

It started out reasonably noisy, then quickly Rose to a deafening level. While the food was decent, the deviled eggs were so salty they should have thrown in a drink with it, the bread felt like it was purchased from yesterday's Bakery, and my drink took way too long to arrive. Instead of just apologizing and getting on top of it, too many excuses were given for slow service. Not at all worth the price you pay.

Had a huge party of approx 15 ppl and the within the first few mins the waitress was already being rude wish I’ve gotten her name! We requested another person & she was AMAZING. She was also a manager though other than that everything was good!

Filet ordered medium came out rare. Salmon was good. They were out of baked potatoes. Server didn’t know the specials when asked. It will be awhile before I come back.

My fiancée and I love the Cajun Ribeye steaks here. Absolutely amazing service and great drinks. They have great happy hour pricing and apps. There is bar seating as well as dining seating. Our first time here, we were blown away with the server and her knowledge of the menu and drinks. Our more recent trip was not as great, but we went at an exceptionally busy time. Plus, it was close to Easter weekend. Id reccomend comming for lunch or dinner at a less busy time than the usual rush for the best service. Our only complaint comes from our last visit. My fiancée's steak came out with a hair in it. We mentioned it to our server, and they had a brand new steak cooked and replated in less than 7 mins. However, they were only willing to take $10 off the 16oz steak they priced at $42 bucks for the inconvenience. As a former waiter, I was expecting them to comp that steak completely, not a small discount. Other than that, both experiences were great.Vegetarian options: They have plenty of items for vegetarian food. But it is a Steak House. So, most of the menu is oriented to carnivores.Dietary restrictions: They are attentive to any restrictions you may have for allergies.Parking: Its in a strip mall parking area. I generally do not park right outside of the venue. I park a bit away. Im a psycho about cars near my car as it is brand new and very valuable.Kid-friendliness: Lots of families here. The servers are very friendly to kids.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is flat concrete, and many tables / booths are on ground level as well. Some seating is elevated. They have flat seating for outside if the weather / season permits.

Ordered the grilled salmon and menu said came with lobster fondue. Apparently you have to be specific when you order and state you want the fondue with your grilled salmon. Food above average, nothing great. Decent wine list.
